Relax in our beautifully decorated Seychelles Resort beach condo on the quiet east end of the beach. New living room furniture and appliances. We have FREE beach chairs for your use with two padded chairs and an umbrella. Available March 1 to Oct 31. They would cost you over $50.00 per day. We have breathtaking views from the 11th floor private balcony of the Emerald Coast. Take in the crystal clear turquoise water and pristine white sand. The sunsets are beautiful and unforgettable.

Our premier rated condo is designed with beach resort relaxation in mind. The master bedroom with en-suite, has a king bed, a lot of storage and a TV. Additional sleeping accommodations include bunk beds and a new queen sleeper sofa. The unit includes two full bathrooms with hand held showers.
The large Living Room overlooks the beach with a full wall of windows and has plenty of seating with a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat and a comfortable chair for reading. There is a large TV with Driect TV streaming and a DVD player so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies.
Eat out next door at Schooners or any of the other excellent resturaunts nearby or eat in using the fully equipped kitchen. Sit at the dining room table or just sit at the breakfast bar.

Seychelles features everything you could want on vacation. There are two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. You are right on the beach and have plenty of lounge chairs around pools for sunning. It also has a state-of-the-art fitness center. Both parking and the building are secured with coded entry. Our unit is also personally coded for you so there are no keys to carry around.

Panama City Beach has all your favorite restaurants, shops and entertainment. Pier Park is just a short ride away while Ripley's Believe It or Not and other activities are close by. You can walk to St. Andrews State Park for amazing shells or stop next door at Schooner's for casual food, drink and dancing on the sand. Charter a fishing boat from the marina just a mile away and yes, there are many places to play golf, mini golf and race go-karts.
Right on the beach in front of you, you will find jet ski rentals, banana boat rides and para-sailing available for your enjoyment.

Enjoy your relaxing time here surrounded by sugar white sand beaches, lush tropical landscaping and the areas best shopping, dining and night life.

We are locals and we manage this ourselves. No management company or absentee owners.

Relaxing stay

Everything was as advertised. This was an add on stay to our previous week at a condo down the road. We much preferred the area here- quieter and less crowded but still plenty of things nearby to do. Condo was very clean and roomy for the two of us.

Great place and right on the beach

We stayed here for a week and loved it! The property was just as described and the owners were available anytime. They even texted midweek to check on everything. We will def stay here again.

Beach get away

We enjoyed our stay at Sychelles. It is a good location for everything we wanted to do this weekend. Condo was clean and owners were easy to get in touch with. Super friendly and provided all the info we needed to check in and out. Will definitely stay there again if it is available.

we love this property! The location on Thomas Drive is close to our favorite restaurants. The property has everything you need. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The price included beach chairs which was very nice. Owner kept me updated during Hurricane Helene. Highly recommend!

Unit is well kept. Fabulous location. Dave and Karen texted on our check-in date with clear instructions and highly responsive. Furniture is comfortable and our stay was perfect. This was our first time at Seychelles and you can't go wrong with this unit and owners. We will be back.

Loved the condo. Very clean and was shocked to have such nice quality paper towels, toilet paper and bath towels. Normally are provided the cheap stuff but not in this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in super comfy chairs too! Didnโ€™t want to leave. Owners are very attentive.

Everything was perfect. The unit was clean and exactly as described. Check in was at 4 and on the day of they told me it would be ready by 1 and then said it was ready at 11:30! I canโ€™t wait to stay with them again soon! Seychelles is awesome and a great place to stay to avoid the traffic on the west end of the beach.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect! The unit is beautifully decorated, very spacious and very clean. The check-in process is so easy, and we even got a text from Karen that we could check in a couple hours sooner since the cleaning company had finished early. This unit also included beach loungers, and that saves you some $$$. We have vacationed at Seychelles for the last 10 years in different units, and this one is truly the best!

Everything was fine things happened that was our own fault BUT there were roaches so I don't know if it's the owners or the condominium but that needs to be corrected.

Perfect location

Great location out of the congestion! 2 nice pools and gated beach access with showers. Short drive to many different restaurants and shops. Beach chairs and umbrellas was a Huge bonus very convenient!

Lovely Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Every morning, I noticed that there was a crew of people that were up early and straightening out the pool area, picking up any possible trash on the beach, and setting up the beach chairs. The unit itself was on the 11th Floor, which was high up. The advantage to that was that I could step out on the balcony and could here the ocean but didn't hear people on the beach very much. I noticed that there were college aged students celebrating spring break in other parts of Panama City Beach, but it was more families at this property. The property manager was very communicative, and I very much appreciated that!

Perfection!

Everything about this property was absolutely amazing! Check in was simple. Mr. Dave and his wife checked on us periodically to make sure everything was okay with the condo. I have been coming to PCB for almost 50 years and this was one of my favorite condos. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great vacation spot

This was my wife and I first trip to PCB but we will likely end up coming again in the future with some family. If we do we hope to book this same condo. The kitchen was big enough for upgraded appliances, decent sitting area with separate dining room table. Coffee maker and kcup available. The room had plenty of space to be comfortable and then some. The view was awesome and so peaceful from the balcony and balcony had extra seating.The owners were super responsive, even helping me figure out how to track down a misplaced pair of sunglasses. Entire stay top to bottom 10/10.
