Edgewater 408 (Tower III) spotlights all things coastal with beautiful décor and stunning beachfront balcony views. Waking up to the sound of the waves hitting the shore is a must while staying in this contemporary unit with a TV and full kitchen.

Edgewater Beach Resort offers amazing amenities for the guest that wants it all without having to get in the car and leave the resort. Enjoy an on-site golf course, tennis and basketball courts, a kid's splash pad, a private beach, 11 heated swimming pools, and 4 hot tubs all located on the premises of the resort.

Please Note: Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort requires all guests to register for parking passes. The prices start at $50 and is paid directly to the property. Instructions will be sent with reservation confirmations.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great location

This was a last minute stay to hang out with friends. Edgewater is a great location close to everything you need. The condo was clean and as described. Check in was easy. The beach was clean and not crowded.

Very good location. Ceiling leaked on the last night soaking all our luggage and bedding having to sleep on floor. Elevator line was insane due to one costly breaking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice and clean. Air conditioner was very loud in the bedroom and the toilet needs some repair (runs a lot, doesn’t cut off after flushing). All in all a nice unit.

Cute and Convenient

Perfect for small family looking to have beach front view. We enjoyed staying on the Edgewater property. We were so close to the beach and pools. Condo was decorated up to date and had everything we needed for our stay.

Condo needs updates

The Emerald Coast Destinations Inc company is run by the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL lady I have ever dealt with. The patio door shattered at the end of our stay. I simply closed the door and it shattered. The frame to the door had screws missing and was probably 30 years old. They charged my bank account on file 1000 without coming to look at it. They will rip you off and make you pay for things that should have already been replaced before our arrival. amagedoor or
