- Gourmet kitchen, fully stocked making it a chef's dream with it's island, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops
- Large, cozy sofa with plenty of seating for everyone to relax and unwind
- Main suite includes a king-sized bed, spa like in-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower
- The two additional bedrooms offer plenty of space and storage. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin over full bed bunk bed.
- Outside, there are covered sitting areas/patios in the front and back of the home, with a gas grill on the back patio.
- Pier park has a pier for fishing... so bring your fishing poles! or you can rent them

We do require a $200 security deposit that is fully refundable upon check out inspection and no damage found

Great location, gated small community, less than one mile from gulf coast jam (walkable or golf cart accessible) 2 min from public beach access. Very clean and nicely decorated home. Community Pool was only a few steps from the house. Easy to communicate with the owners! Highly recommend this place!!!

The location was so convenient and very quiet. I loved that it wasn’t in an overcrowded area and it was gated. I travel with my children a lot so it’s important that we feel safe. Communication was also great from the owners. I could go on and on about how lovely this place was. I honestly don’t have a single complaint and would recommend it 100%.
