Being situated on Thomas Drive allows you to step out of your elevator in the heart of Panama City Beach. It sits across the street from multiple restaurants and plenty of family fun activities to do all within walking distance of your condo. Just a hop skip and a jump to Ripley's Believe it or not, Axe throwing, Sunset Dolphin cruises, Catamaran rides, escape rooms, and more!

In case you and the kids want to watch different programs at night, there is a television in the living room and bedroom. Both have a full range of cable channels for your viewing pleasure.

Area Attractions:

Sea La Vie is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world-famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Very nice place great view

Some of the elderly people werent very welcoming . The place we stayed had some minor issues like non working garbage disposal. Other than that great place and good views. Great pool and beach acess

My husband, myself, and our 4 children loved our stay! It was nice to get away. The property was great and the ease of check in and check out! The condo is on the 21st floor and had great views! Great location and would definitely consider staying again!

Was great I location . Wasn’t the cleanest the garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink was clogged

It could use an owner walk though. There’s a few things that needs fixed like garbage disposal doesn’t work and the sink was clogged also the shower door is very loose and could possibly fall and hurt someone. The towels are so used that we didn’t want to use .. the pillows was terrible. I’d say just needs some updating on supplies. It’s a great location but the owner needs to do a walk through. Also we was asked if the realtor could have someone come and look while we was there . Due to this property being 4sale .

The unit was great! Very clean. My daughter loved the bunk beds. Great location away from the bigger crowds. The property staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this unit again!

Been to PCB many many times, never this property. I was impressed with the quality of the facility, the amenities (pool, on-site restaurants), and the access to the beach. Will stay here again.

Our best stay in PCB yet!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this property. We loved the building itself and the location on the beach. The extra amenities like the tiki bar, corner market, and pool were great. The condo itself was everything we could have asked for, and the hosts were some of the easiest we have ever worked with. We are so happy we chose to stay here and would love to stay again!
