Your group will enjoy spreading out in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6 and has an enormous 27 X 10 ft balcony on the 20th floor! The views from the Living area, Master bedroom and balcony are mesmerizing! Get lost while viewing the horizon from a lounger and enjoy the gorgeous sunset everyday!
This condo has been completely remodeled and has all new furnishings, so everything is fresh and up to date! The cottage chic decor is highlighted with lots of natural sunlight because of the high ceilings and full sized sliding glass doors. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for any meals/snacks you would want to prepare. The bar area has ample seating for 3 and the dining table seats 6. There is a laundry room for your convenience. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and bunks that are twin over twin. There is a TV in this room and you have entry to the bathroom that has a tub shower combo. The Master bedroom has a King bed, 55' TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanity. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa and a 65' TV for entertainment when you are not down below at the Gulf or the beautiful pool/hot tub area. This condo is perfectly outfitted for your groups getaway to the beach. The best accommodations to experience the sparkling waters of the Emerald Coast!

The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything you could need for cooking and having a night in. The view was absolutely amazing and I spent most of my mornings on the balcony. Can’t beat the location it’s right on water and the strip. Only thing I would recommend is a makeup mirror and a hard floor vacuum(both you could live without). Would absolutely stay here again if we come back!

This is an ideal place to for families of all ages. The view is spectacular, the condo is modern and has all you need. The location is ideal for walking or driving all the main attractions are within 1-5 miles. My only issue was getting the WiFi password, but we got it after one day.

Absolutely loved this condo. It was beautiful..more than even in the online picture. Well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation including carts for the beach. The view was spectacular and the check in was easy. We will be back to this property!

We have stayed in this unit before and loved it. Our luck they were renovating next door “ jack hammering” floors vibrating, loud. Matt with best beach get always quickly moved us to another unit on the top floor. Very nice unit. we enjoyed our stay

This property was absolutely perfect. The location, the layout of the property, the back deck to drink my morning coffee and watch the sunrise, the pool and other amenities were great too! There is construction going on but that was communicated ahead of time and they were very considerate to start and finish at an appropriate time. We will be back!

The condo and balcony was great. The elevators was not working on our parking level for the first 2 days after that they finally fixed it. Only 2 of the 3 elevators was working so was a longer wait most times.

This property is beautiful, the views from that huge balcony are awesome. Watching the sunset everyday was my favorite time, no words can express the wonderful time that my family had. The property pictures don't captured how pretty and spacious this condo is, overall I'm looking forward to coming back to the same property if still available for rent. 🏖🏖

We had the absolute best time in this condo! Very tastefully decorated. Conveniently located near all the great local places to eat and visit. The condo itself was very well stocked, came with a small bottle of dishwashing soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, a roll of paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper to start you off. I can’t even express how beautiful the view is from the 20th floor of this condo! It was spectacular! I can promise you will not be disappointed with this property! We had the best time and definitely plan to come back!

20 th floor view is amazing!!! Property has everything family needs to stay for a week.Better cleaning crew needed - floors feels like they were never cleaned but this little inconvenience is lost in the all awesome things. Beach service needs to be organized better-service guy is there only in the morning to collect money for chairs and umbrellas but then disappears.
