Amazing Condo

Condo was great. Had everything we needed plus extras. Everything was clean when we checked in. Ned’s were very comfortable. We had no issues and great communication with the owner. Would love to stay here again.

Great Low Key Stay

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was great as it was away from the crowds of both PCB and 30A. The beach wasn’t crowded and there was ample space for everyone. The pool served as a nice break from the sun with kids. I would certainly stay here again!

Clean and fantastic condo!

Our family had an awesome stay at this beautiful and clean condo. We really enjoyed the up to date finishes and hearing the waves at night. Parking is right next to the beach so no long walk to the car with beach gear. Host always responded within minutes to any questions we had. We are a family of four and would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering it.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Very nice condo, clean and well stocked. Wonderful views of the sunrise and sunset. The A/C worked great but if you like to sleep with a fan make sure to pack one, there are not fans in the bedrooms. Tony was helpful and very responsive during our entire stay. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for hosting us!!

Perfect stay

Location AMAZING! Condo so cute & decorated, the balcony offered a beautiful morning view of blue waters, dolphins and white sands. Went to Panama City for the pier and many many stores! Also went to Rose Mary Beach, shops are nice but over priced and lots of traffic! I think the location was par none. Tony & Janet are great tenants and quick to answer anything. My 13 year old girls enjoyed the indoor pool on a cloudy morning but quickly came to beach and played volleyball with large groups of teens.. they had a blast waking a collecting many shells and sand castle contest! Tony, thank you for the beach accessory’s ( chairs & large umbrella ) saves money! Thank you for a terrific stay! We will be back

Great location and views.

This location is perfect because you are between the fun and shopping of Pier Point and the great restaurants and charm of 30A. Great views from most rooms and the balconies. Of course their beach is amazing, but there are also two pools (one heated). Comfortable and clean and I can't wait to go back!

Lovely Condo with beautiful gulf views!

We had a great stay at Pinnacle Port in Tony's place! Everything was as pictured and described, check in was easy, and the furnishings were lovely. The host was very accommodating and the location right on the gulf was beautiful. This was our first time to the Florida Panhandle - we'll definitely be back!

Perfect for families looking for amazing beach!

We absolutely loved staying in the condo! It was clean and comfortable, and Tony was super easy to work with. The unit has an AMAZING view and many touches for families, with books and games on hand. Pinnacle Port is a gem, located right next to a state park and on Lake Powell. Can't wait to visit again!

A fine place to stay

Aside from a lingering sour smell the condo is as advertised. Pinnacle Port is in need of some upgrades, however it did not prevent us from having a great vacation.
