This one story beach house offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping 10 comfortably! Yes, that's right! No elevators, stairs or parking garages to fuss with! This property's open floor plan and updated kitchen are perfect for entertaining! There are smart TV's in all bedrooms and in the living area along with complimentary WI-FI throughout the home. Wanna get away from it all, step out back to your own slice of paradise, you will enjoy the private fenced in backyard where you can soak up some sun in the large salt water swimming pool (with the option to have heated). Throw some steaks on the grill and make unforgettable vacation memories while having the best beach cookout! There is parking for everyone, including small trailers/campers. The Blue Palm is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and an easy 10 min. stroll to Pier Park for shopping and dining! If you are looking to be close to everything that Panama City Beach has to offer, then Reserve The Blue Palm for your next beach vacation! ** Please note if you would like to have the pool heated it needs to be added to the reservation at least 24 hours in advance so that the pool has time to heat up. It is also an additional charge of $35 per day.*

My son's graduation....

We stayed here for my son's high school graduation. It was very nice and clean and we had no issues at all. We didn't get to go to the beach bc it stormed the whole time, but what little break we did get we got to enjoy the pool! It has plenty of parking and is nicely located! We come to PCB every summer, would love to come back and or recommend to someone else!

The owner allowed us to come early and put cold food in the fridge. She then sent us a message as soon as the room was ready which was 3 hours early. I wish more people were as accommodating as she was. God bless you

Very close to pier park!

There was an issue when we booked it and it apparently didn’t come through on Vrbo to the property manager about us booking it until the morning of. So we kinda of freaked out because we got no check in or check out process email. But finally got them on the phone and it was fine after that. It was overall pretty clean. Hasn’t been dusted good in a while and the floors turned our feet and socks black. It was right around the corn from pier park! Close to the beach. That was nice!

We are very pleased with our stay. The property owner was amazing she reached out the day before our stay and anytime I needed during. The house was clean and smelled good right when we walked in. Heads up ! They have tons of beach chairs, and pool floats, even beach toys. The beach is right across the street in between to building is a pathway. It’s like a 3 minute walk. I did notice lots of extra pillows but no pillow cases. Oh and the filter on the refrigerator needed changed. Those minor things won’t stop us from coming back. We will definitely be returning very soon.

Great Location and Large Pool

Awesome pool! Our party of 10 (of older teens/adults) spent many double-red flag days enjoying the pool all together and it did not feel cramped. There is no shortage of parking. The host was very communicative during check-in and throughout our stay. The layout is a little odd, the back door to the pool/yard area is in one of the king bedrooms, and the laundry room is in the other king bedroom. But really those are the only downsides to this property. Cleanliness is on par with all other vacation rentals in the area, and we've stayed in lots. It is nearly impossible to get all the sand off the floor when you're basically across the street from the beach. Which is a pro for this property, so you take the good with the bad. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Dirty house DO NOT stay here

This house was in a perfect location to the Ironman transition. When we arrived at the house we noticed that the couch could use a cleaning and then we started to inspect the linens on the beds and noticed that there were stains on the master bedroom sheets and the rest of the beds in the house were dirty as well. The one comforter had a red stain on it and after washing it the red came right out of the comforter. It was clear that the linens on each bed hadn’t been washed between renters. The towels were dirty and had stains on them and all of the cutlery, utensils and dishes were dirty as well. After speaking with the owner she said that she would issue a credit for our inconvenience and she still has yet to issue a credit. Do yourself a favor and pass over this house or you will be washing linens and comforters for your entire vacation.

This was a great house to rent! Kristina was the best hostess you could ask for. The house and pool were clean. The walk to the beach was short no stairs and restaurants in walking distance. We will surely be back to stay here.
