18th Floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 10 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bunkbed.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 3 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

It was the best view! We loved this condo! Very clean and the view was absolutely amazing! Check in and out was so easy as to normally have to go to front desk and get keys and all that and this place you have your code and don’t have to mess with any of that! It was clean and beds were comfortable! We go to Panama every year and will definitely be choosing this condo again next year!

Our PCB experience

All in all, nice rental but needs some tlc.Some of the issues in the unit were on other reviews so they haven’t been addressed. I sent a list of the issues to the landlord. The amenities list should be updated. No sauna or steam room. Loved the balcony view and beach access. All the employees that we spoke to were very friendly. The landlord answered me quickly when I reached out to him.

Reviewer Comments: booked 5 nights at 1804 Majestic Towers II - overlooking the beach / Me, and 6 girl family members including 6 year old grand daughter - very clean condo!- Rented a pontoon boat for one day for boat ride trip to Shell Island- This was the best family vacation ever - already making plans to return next year - hard to dream of how it could have been any better - very affordable - hope to stay at the same place when we return !!!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view and can’t beat location! We had a great time!l however some things need addressed in this condo. The laundry was broken and janky, light switches didn’t work, broken lock on bathroom, fridge was older than me, microwave sounded like it was going to take off, closet doors...just leave those open unless you want them falling off every 5 seconds, a lot of weed smoking and fighting drunks but it entertained, the tubs or out black mold but I cleaned it, some of the amenities are misleading, furniture needs repair BIG TIME and kitchen cooking utensils and knives ...well we had to go buy our own. Security people are mean but we made the best of it! No cleaning supplies for guests which is annoying but again the views were spectacular. Suggest new cleaning and maintence people as they tell are rude, curse A LOT, and smoke weed while they clean units which explains some of the weird things we saw in our own unit. Party warning and noise warning in this resort. Drunken fights are inevitable! But we are easy going and still had a great time! Did I mention the views?!?!

It was very spacious for 4 people and easy access to the elevators. The views from the 18th floor were beautiful.the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating. The only thing that was bothersome was that the floors and rugs were pretty nasty. You can tell they were just build up of dirt and grime. I actually brought slippers so I was able to mitigate nasty feet by that but everything else was great and we would honestly stay there again.

Great unit and location!

We got an awesome nightly rate so I was a little worried that the unit wouldn’t be what the pictures depicted. But, I was pleasantly surprised that the unit was exactly how it was listed. We would love to stay here again!

A week on the beach with friends

It is overall a nice place. The living room sectional was just not comfortable for me. I have a bad back and I did not have a real comfortable place I could find to set.

Beautiful views!

The rental was perfect and in a great location with many restaurants in walking distance. Although we were on The 18th floor the elevators were fast with very little wait time. The rental was very clean and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Bring binoculars because you will want a close up of the stingrays, dolphins, and sea turtles you will see in the distance. We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again in the future!

The property is great. The condo cleaning people could do a better job. However the condo was as advertised. The master mattress is not the most comfy but did the job. The elevators was very slow. To be as big as the place is they need better elevators. As far as our stay we had a wonderful time. It was just little things as i described. Not a deal breaker as far as going back because the condo was all we really needed. An it was good. Just need better cleaners. An the check in process was a a hassle.

It was a nice view

The room itself was ok. Had some damage.the location and view were very nice. Check out is to early everywhere else is 10 or 11am and the fridge sounds like it was on it's last leg. There is also a leak going into the master bathroom where the carpet ends going into the bathroom
