Ocean Ritz is a low-density building with only 63 condos/21 floors (3 condos per floor). Two brand-new elevators that are the fastest on the beach. Everything to make your vacation stay more relaxing! Centrally located - away from the crowds of Pier Park, but easy to get to everything.
