Welcome to this beautiful corner, penthouse unit on the 16th floor of Origins at Seahaven! Our upscale condo features all-new wood-slate tile flooring throughout, upgraded furniture, and tons of high-end upgrades including the fountain, a sectional sofa in the living room, and updated furniture. This condo also features private access to a huge 1,800 SF private rooftop terrace that is only shared with one other condo in the whole community! 

This luxury condo features three very large bedrooms that each have a king bed, along with 1 queen sofa sleeper in the unit!

This was our 2nd thanksgiving in PCB and both times we stayed in 1601 origins. It is 3 bed 21/2 bath with a large kitchen and living room. The guests share a bath and the master has its own. It’s real comfortable and everything works. The roof access over looking the beach is pretty awesome but we hit some cooler weather this year. Overall is a good place and a fair price. We will probably be back as we have friends with condos in origins. Oh, beach is right across street and is beautiful all year round. Lots of security in the building but seems like a pretty safe place in November.

PCB has been a favorite spot for our family vacation and it was a pleasant experience to return to Te Origin and find it just as we remembered The place has an amazing view just a few yards away from the beach We had an awesome time and definitely enjoyed it We can’t wait for the next time.

This was a girls trip that we take every year..This condo was awesome..it was beautifully decorated..it looked just like the pictures...great access to the beach. The views from the roof terrace patio were breathtaking..Shopping and resaturants were minutes away.. We will definitely be returning next year..

Thoroughly enjoyed our Family Vacation! Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone and everything decorated so nice. The ocean views are beautiful and the beach is just across the street. Heated pool and game room is a plus. The host responds immediately if you need anything. We are looking forward to our next vacation.

Great experience. We were short a couple of wrist bands and it took no time to get it fixed. The ease of checking on us and answering questions by text was very helpful rather than staying on the phone. We will rent again!

The condo was decorated very nicely. I thought the bathrooms needed work. However, it was exactly like the pictures. The condo is huge. We loved all the space. The balcony was nice, but I will want to stay directly on beach next time.
