Gorgeous! This beautiful and crystal clean 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath condo directly on the gulf at Summit Beach Resort is what you've been looking for, for your beach vacation! This condo has been completely remodeled recently and will be thoroughly enjoyed by all. The condo overlooks the pools on the beach and of course the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo accommodates your family of 5 and has everything you’ll need to enjoy your beach vacation! The master has a king size bed and own private vanity and access to the shower. In the hall sits the bunk beds. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is an additional vanity and toilet for guests and access to the shower.

The place was nice and in a great location, the pools and hot tubs were great and bikini bobs that on the property was a good place to get ice,food and drinks and the Tiki bar that is also onsite was nice as well!

Great little getaway!

Had an amazing couple of days at PCB. Condo was clean and roomy. Would definitely recommend this place and this unit. Pools were great as was access to the beach. Friendly staff.

The condo was nice, our complaint was the bathroom ceiling needs cleaned and painted, Mold on the ceiling. Rest of condo was clean. Will rent again. We love the location.

Great condo!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was just like the pictures and everything was functioning in the room. The only problem we noticed was that some of the areas in the condo could benefit from a deep clean. I understand with high turnover and people checking in/out everyday it’s not easy to do a deep clean every time, but there were a few areas we thought needed attention. I chose to rewash the towels before using them due to them having a smell. We loved that the building has security at the entrance from the road and at the entrance from the beach. The pools were great. Both pools were clean and there are plenty of chairs around the pool as well. We did come before busy season started so I can’t fully vouch for crowds but it was perfect while we were there! We would definitely stay here again and were sad to leave when checkout day came! Kenny was a great host and quick to respond to my emails and calls!

Cleanliness Rating

A 3 for cleanliness but in all fairness I did not contact my cleaner to fix any issues. Yes we were at the beach, but... There was sand everywhere. Piles of it on the balcony. The dryer had wet towels and rugs in it when we arrived. I rewashed those. The floors were sticky. Sheets had some wear and stains. The sofa bed had a large brown stain on the mattress cover. I washed that myself. I am sure the cleaner was on a time crunch because The Summit was packed so I DID NOT contact them otherwise I'm sure it would have been handled accordingly. The staff are lovely. Very friendly. Pricing on our stay was appropriate.

The towel hanger in the shower does need to be looked at as it was a little loose . Other than that condo was furnished with everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay. Kenny was very attentive to our Requests and was very helpful. Would stay again .

Check in and communication were great! The Summit was extremely family friendly and the pool area was fabulous. The only issue I found with the unit was it was a little dingy. The floors weren’t clean, there were stains on the furniture, and there was paint chipping everywhere. After a good deep clean and wipe this would be an amazing unit to vacation in.

Perfect place for a girls weekend getaway. Beautiful views, right on water, clean and a very safe property with friendly staff. Kitchen supplies a little scarce but we made do to cook several meals in condo.
