This condo is located at the very top of Aqua and will allow you the luxury of enjoying breathtaking views of the sunrise on the Gulf of America all from the comfort of your private terrace! The location of this condo puts your right in the middle of all the action of Panama City Beach. You are walking distance to Pier Park, Gulf World, Top Golf (opening summer of 2025), and numerous restaurants. The beautiful master suite features a king bed and mounted TV, as well as an in-suite bathroom featuring a glass enclosed walk-in shower, garden tub, and double vanity with granite counter tops! Your secondary bedroom is accompanied with a queen bed and flat screen TV. While the living room boasts large wall-length 3-panel windows for you to enjoy the view from inside. The kitchen comes fully equipped for you to prepare gourmet meals!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We reall enjoy this condo which we have rented for the last 7 years. It's decorations are very nice but are getting old and worn and needs to be replaced. The bedroom carpet is getting bad and hard to get clean. It has not been painted in all the years we have been there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 8th year here in P.C.B.and has been the nicest weather so far. We have rented the same condo every year and have been very satisfied. There has been no change to the interior over those years. I feal it's time for some things to be replaced. Some of the carpet and furniture needs to be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. This was our 2nd visit to this same condo. Everything was fine but the unit needs some freshening up. It wasn't as nice as last year due to some minor repairs that are needed. The washer has a bearing out and sounds like it's about to blast off. Some simple touching up of paint and some tile work would make this place look as beautiful as last year. Everything else isgreat including the view and the fact that this is the penthouse floor!!!! The owner and Aqua staff are very accommodating, we even stayed an extra day to enjoy PCB.
