We received the wrong door code which delayed us being able to enter our unit day one. Owner didn’t respond back for hours…He said the code had not been updated on VRBO
Coffee maker missing, owner seemed shocked when he finally responded, originally suggesting he could have one delivered by Wednesday. We arrived on Saturday.
Outdated, non-functioning recessed/under cabinet lighting in kitchen. Late response from owner was, under cabinet lights had been disconnected and if we would just wait a while the dirty/off color recessed lights would come on.
At best, 2 matching glasses, plates or bowls in outdated, badly paint chipped cabinets.
Owners binder had to have been 10 yrs old. Still listed charges for local or long distance calls from their land line, so of course nothing in this explained how to operate 3 TVs with multiple remotes. Owner response was they installed 3 new TV’s three weeks ago and had not had time to update the binder yet. My husband spent most of week trying to figure out simple cable, without success.
Never enough hot water for just 3 adults to take evening showers. We never even tried to throw a dishwasher or a load of laundry into the mix.
Many lamps either without light bulbs or not plugged in at all…..no plugs nearby lamps in living room.
Master bedroom had black stained ceilings on wall adjacent with the shower, must have been from water damage in past. My experience with water restoration made me fearful this could potentially be mold???
