- This nice and spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo at Regency Towers is over 1,450 square feet. It has a fully-equipped Kitchen, including a Washer and Dryer, and a large Dining-Living Room Area. This unit sleeps 8-10 people. It is furnished with a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 Full sized beds in one Guest Bedroom, two Twin sized beds in the second Guest Bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa. This unit is located on the Western Shoreline side of the building, and it features a private Balcony with a beautiful view of the sunrise and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
