Ocean Villa Resort Unit 2005 - Gorgeous condo with amazing penthouse views and beach chair service is provided for 2026!

The spacious two bed two bath condo with 10' ceilings sleeps 6 comfortably. Step in and enjoy the open concept with an abundance of natural light and spectacular ocean views. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster. and granite countertops. There is plenty of room at the dining table which seats 6 in addition to 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The living area features ample seating and a 55" flat screen Smart TV.

The Master Bedroom features a King Bed with updated décor and 42” Flat Screen TV. Step out to the balcony and take in the ocean breeze. The en suite bath features a tile surround walk-in shower with bench seat. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with 47” Flat screen TV and en suite bath with tub and shower combo. A sleep sofa is available in the living area if needed. Also provided are free WiFi throughout the residence and a stackable washer and dryer in the condo.

This condo is approximately 1,400 SF with a ±271 SF balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf coast. Ocean Villa 2005 offers beach service during peak season (March 15 - October 15) including two beach chairs and an umbrella from the hut on the beach.

Ocean Villas is a 23-story condominium resort offering stunning views of the beautiful emerald waters and amazing sunsets of Panama City Beach from every condo and their private balcony. Centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, it is just a short distance from shopping, dining, entertainment and all of the local, favorite beach hang-outs. Spend your days relaxing by the ocean and then head to Pier Park, Panama City's Premier shopping and entertainment area, for dinner and a movie. The Resort amenities include a beach side pool, indoor/ outdoor heated pool, sundeck, hot tub, sauna, on-site fitness center and gas grills. For your convenience, we have covered parking as well. Garage clearance is 8 feet 4 inches.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Nice decor. kitchen has all the extras. Very convenient to EVERYTHING. Hot tub stayed hot - didn't cool off any. It was little chilly during our stay and heated pool was GREAT.There are no negatives when you stay at Ocean Villa 2005!

Me and my family really enjoyed the stay. It had lots of amenities which was great because unfortunately the weather would not allow us to enjoy the beach as we had hoped so having the two pools for the boys and the hot tub came in handy.

Condo was beautiful. Loved that we had beach chairs and umbrella for the beach everyday. On the 20th floor so a little high up for me. A little pricey compared to those our other family members rented at the same place. However it was beautiful. We had a great time and no regrets in our rental.

The condo was very clean and modern and we loved everything about our room! The facility was clean with great amenities and great access to the beach and restaurants. Only down fault was the elevator situation with many of them not working and having to wait a very long time for one. But other than that we loved it and will definitely be back!

Highly Recommend!

I loved this condo! The large balcony had a patio set, perfect for enjoying a meal while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was clean, well decorated, and well stocked with all the gear needed to cook. I typically have a difficult time sleeping anywhere but my own home, but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were perfect. (I actually meant to look at the brand of pillows before I left because I wanted to buy some for myself, but I forgot!). We enjoyed walking to the local ice cream shop and stores in the evenings. This area is somewhat busy, but I enjoyed the convenience of having places to visit within walking distance. The beach was also a little busy, but the staff taking care of beach chairs was great. The pools were nice and clean, and didn't feel crowded. We could always find a pool lounger when we wanted to lay poolside. I'd happily return to this same condo when we visit Panama City Beach again! I definitely recommend!

Amazing stay!

This was an amazing place to stay! The kitchen was so well stocked and every convenience had been thought of. The location was also great not being in the heart of too busy of an area. It was clean and a very comfortable place to stay for the week. Only downsides were the elevators were not working at all when we arrived. This made the 20th floor impossible! Luckily they got 1 running and then a second later in the week. It was a hassle! Only other issue was the showers and sinks were slow to drain but I'm sure that could be easily fixed. We will be back!
