"The staff were great. The resorts needs updating. The breakfast buffet was good but the Ala carte restaurants were not so good. "

"Room was old and tired, stains on walls and furniture, drapes had holes , windows were dirty so you can’t enjoy the view, no coffee pot and when I asked for one they told me NO , even as my original booking said I had a tea and coffee pot , typical where hotels.com ( Expedia group ) and the hotel owners don’t really care about details all they care is about making money! They just point fingers at each other …. And do not make it right . I have pictures to show but I can upload them."
