Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. "We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon and found that both the hotel and location to be both fun and relaxing. We could easily take the bus into Naxos town, and did so every other day. The beach and spa features of the hotel were very relaxing, and we even got a hot tub on our terrace since the room has been newly renovated. There are many restaurants and other stores nearby, but the breakfast served at the hotel every morning was our favorite way to start the day. Only minor complaints - it got a little buggy so just make sure you close your windows in the afternoon, and we found that the shower water pressure in Greece (everywhere we went) had some issues. None of that deterred our stay though and we would definitely come back!!"
