    One of the last homes before Bald Point State Park, L'Abri Sunrise is a nature lover's paradise. This spacious custom home fronts a natural, secluded stretch of beach—perfect for peaceful mornings, sunset strolls, and reconnecting with the outdoors.

    Main Living Level (Entry): Access the home from a shaded concrete parking area and interior stairwell. Inside, you'll find a cozy seating area, laundry room with sink, and full bathroom. The open-concept kitchen is a chef's dream with bar seating, prep sink, dining table for 8, and a butler's pantry with a second full-sized fridge/freezer. The living area opens to a large screened porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails—and a sunny deck for lounging.

    Upper Level: Three well-appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and another sundeck with sweeping views.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is 10 am EST. Upon check-out, please wash dishes and place trash in outside receptacle. Laundry should be for current day only and property should be left in an orderly condition.
Excessive laundry or cleaning time will be charged to credit card on file. Leave loose keys on the kitchen counter, lock all windows and doors and lock the door you are exiting with the lockbox key.
Please return the lockbox key to the lockbox before departing. Once you have locked the house, please call (850) 349-2696 and leave a voicemail to let us know that you are vacating the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property itself location wise was great. You are right on the beach, it’s very private and pet friendly. The house was pretty beat. The stove and hood were disgusting and falling apart. The washer was rusted out. The air conditioner did not cool very well. The screened in porch was in need of repairs. The tubs were old and needed to be updated. Cobwebs in every corner of the house and ceiling. Check in was a disaster. Getting ahold of host was terrible. Dealing with vrbo was AWFUL. On hold over 3 hours total. We ended up leaving a day early, just ready to go home. Would not come back.
