Great place

The view and easy access to the beach was perfect. We had almost the whole beach to ourselves. The elevator was very convenient to bring stuff up and down. The only downside is it is over 30 minutes to the nearest grocery store. I would highly recommend staying here.

There are several issues we encountered with the property. The biggest problem I had was that the condo reeks dog urine and smells like pets. There is absolutely NO service and as a mother I have to be able to contact my children. The property is located down a long dark road without any lights making it difficult to even see. The condo describes 2 king size beds- that is false. There is one king size bed and the second bed which could be a queen size is two twin beds pushed together so it can’t even be used. The bathroom doesn’t have any trash bags to throw away my sanitaries. I tried to contact the property manager and do the right thing because I was absolutely not staying there. I was first told no pets have been there when the owners have their dog bowls out and pictures of their dogs all around the condo. She then told me “well you should have read the description where it said pets ok.” I travel often and have been to many hotels, condos, and homes with pets and I have never been somewhere that smells like urine this bad. The property was not cleaned. I then explained my husbands medical condition and the reasons he can not stay there, that didn’t matter. I further explained the issues with the location, bathroom, toiletries, and bed that was not the size described. There were unwilling to make it right without a resolution and told me to just contact hotels.com. I have contacted hotels and they are unable to assist with a refund due to it being privately owed.
