"Our room was well appointed and had plenty of outlets. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and well staffed. This is a good hotel in that it offers shuttles to and from the airport and cruise port. Only negative: They were short-staffed when several parties were checking in so it took quite awhile."

"The pool area looked run down nothing like the pictures. My room 434 bathroom fan didnt work, empty conditioner bottle on wall. Bathroom tub dirty looking as well as shower tiles with mold. The complimentary coffee, tea, ice water were empty and front desk 3 people not doing anything but chatting amongst each other and on cell phone. Only one working was the young man at bar who went and got me a hot cup of water and apologized."
