Wonderful back yard in the Riverland Village neighborhood. Great access to airport and Ft. Lauderdale beach area and Las Olas Blvd. restaurants/stores. Everything was as advertised and the pool and landscaped backyard was the best for early-morning sun time.

This house was impeccably clean and well-appointed for a superb vacation experience. The beds are all comfortable, and there is plenty of space to spread out. The backyard is spectacular with so many sitting areas and places to enjoy the outdoors. The home is quiet as is the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly when we encountered them while enjoying walks. This home is ideally located for easy highway access and trips to the beach or either Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. It is close to the airport and the other areas of Ft. Lauderdale that we visited. The neighborhood was quiet. Aside from having the expected items (dining items, pots and pans, towels and bedding) there were pool supplies and other things that you might need and have forgotten, like plastic baggies, tea bags, and Band-Aids. The door lock battery died while we were there and I messaged Peter, who called me within 5 minutes to arrange a time to come and fix it and also make sure that it was not causing us problems with our plan for the day. The house is perfect for a family and we had a wonderful time seeing Ft. Lauderdale and being able to go back to the house and relax in the backyard and swim in the pool just made it even better.

Wonderful Ha en for a Family Gathering

Peters home is clean, fresh, and very comfortable. Lots of cozy conversation areas indoors and out which made for great family visits. The pool was so relaxing and refreshing on a hot July weekend.Peter was quick to respond to all questions and was an all around wonderful host!

This house was amazing. This host is amazing. Everything about our stay was amazing! From the decor of the home, to the fun back yard. What I loved most was how quickly I got a response when asking about literally anything. You can’t beat that kind of customer service anywhere. Truly wonderful host and I look forward to staying at this home again.

We only stayed one night but the house and the amenities were very nice. The house was clean and everything worked as intended. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to have an occupant sensor on the light in the laundry area, so we didn't have to walk into a dark room.

I’m big on asking lots of questions and Peter was right there to answer any silly question I had, before and during our stay. House was clean, and lots of towels provided. There was a few things we needed and have gifted them for others to use. I don’t have anything bad to say. I have a couple suggestions for either host or future guests, we could have used more pillows and thinner blankets for sleeping but that is more of an us thing. More labels for things (drawers etc) and instructions (how the TVs work, appliances etc). Those are a couple things and certainly doesn’t reflect negatively on anyone. We loved our stay, my kids want to come back again and absolutely loved Peter (even though they never met him). House was quiet, even when neighbors were being loud for the holiday we didn’t hear them. Thank you Peter! Awesome! Highly recommend!

Quick birthday getaway

We came for 48 hours just to reset and relax for my birthday. Peter was an amazing host communicated with me the entire time. The property is beautiful super clean super convenient to grocery stores food places etc. the backyard setup is a vibe too! The pool was nice and cool after a hot day. I would book with Peter and this property 20 more times! Thanks again!

FANTASTIC Ft. Lauderdale Property!!!

My husband, 12-year old twin boys, and my 81-year old mother enjoyed a two (2) night stay in this beautiful property prior to our cruise departure.I can’t say enough about the property owner, Peter. He was wonderful to communicate with and so accommodating.The home was IMMACULATE and had all of the comforts of home.We happened to be there on Super Bowl Sunday and especially enjoyed the 70-inch television for watching the game while the boys swam in the backyard.The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms updated, and the backyard was like a resort! Would definitely stay again!!!
