Wonderful house for rent in Pals, to enjoy unique summer holidays surrounded by nature, with incredible views and peace and tranquility to share quality time with friends and family.

The house is located in the Mas Tomasí area, a quiet residential zone between the town and Pals beaches, close to supermarkets and shops so you won't miss anything during your stay.

The best part of the house is its exterior. The plot of over 1,100 m2 offers a variety of spaces for playing, relaxing, walking, eating... It has a spacious garden on different levels, a barbecue to prepare delicious meals and dinners, a children's play area... plus a terrace with views of Empordà! It also has a small pool of approximately 3x1.5m that will allow you to take a refreshing swim on hot summer days!

The interior of the house will surprise you. A decorative style that combines Empordà rustic with modern touches will make you feel at home. A spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the terrace with garden views, fully equipped independent kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is double and has a double bed and wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with wardrobes. Between both bedrooms, there is a spacious bathroom with shower. The third and last bedroom is suite-style: a large bedroom with a double bed, a dressing area, and an enormous bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house has stairs that will take you to the top of the tower where there is a desk for those who need a workspace for teleworking or studying.

The house has all the amenities for perfect holidays: air conditioning, pool, wifi connection, electric car charger, space to park several cars within the property, washing machine, ceiling fans, etc.
