"Superb holiday in a beautiful home & villa, very well looked after by the fabulous Sunny who is a real asset to this property. We loved the outside spaces, pool, views, landscape, proximty to train station for an easy commute to Rome & lots of supermarkets for easy self-catering. We would recommended days in Rome & Tivoli. "This is a unique property with so much charm and character. Each room had separate bathrooms and the extra like pool table, outdoor rooftop dining and courtyard made our stay so comfortable. The location in Travestere was so cool and convenient to restaurants, clubs and short walk or car/taxi to all the Roman sites. "Property was large enough but the pool which we booked specifically for grandkids was really dirty and unusable until 3rd/4th day and was only there for a week. There was a dog and cat there left there, and anothet xat climbed in through window and hid under kids bed until night time that yhen jumped out and scared them. Not much privacy as someone was always coming to the property for some reason or other."

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...

"The property is very clean, warm and welcoming. The house is well set up. Beds are comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The villa design and layout is truly an architectural splendor. The olive tree grove, bamboo forest and views of the countryside are amazing. It is a quiet and peaceful villa The owner was great at checking in, and readily available and responsive during our stay. There were welcome goodies and laminated instructions cards for everything. First, there should be clearer definition of the situation regarding air conditioning and fans. It was not what we expected and did present some challenges given the temperatures we experienced.
