"Room was not clean, water quality was poor and luke warm. This was addressed with staff who did offer to change room but we were leaving following morning. It was in a great location with great parking but that was overlooked by uncleanliness and poor shower for the price pad per night "

"It’s a beautiful restoration of the old fire station. They had a great program to employ special needs kids as well as the hospitality majors at USC and they were all great. It’s a beautiful facility, clean and comfortable! Coffee stations were easily accessible!! The restaurant bar and lobby is amazing as well!!"

"Clean room and location is right in the heart of Columbia. We were very disappointed by the fact that there was an issue with the room keys during our stay, very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to get a staff member to let us into our room every time we left. It’s also very loud + didn’t get much sleep due to sounds outside all through the night."

"Maybe I missed it in the booking but breakfast is not included. $20 a day to have wet eggs and limp bacon. Coffee was good. WiFi was down the entire time. This hotel shares space with Hilton Honors with working WiFi and free breakfast. Recommend if you need this location to book that side of the building. First two nights the entire floor I was on reeked of pot. Thankfully it didn’t reach into my room.Second two nights weren’t quiet as there sounded like minor construction happening. Couldn’t tell if it was noisy people or late night repairs. Overall unenjoyable."
