"The hotel is well located in downtown Columbia, SC. It is clean, well maintained and the staff is very personable and helpful. The only issue I had was the hot water in the bathroom sink took 5 minutes to get hot. Thankfully the shower did not take that long. Everything else about the hotel was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to others."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was fine, comfortable and well stocked. The breakfast area was kept clean and the selection was appreciated. They struggled with keeping the coffee full and many people were waiting quite awhile for it to be restocked. I also was turned off by paying for parking when they had their own private lot. Seemed like a way to just make a few more dollars instead of including it as amenity."
