Michelle and Paolo make your stay special from picking you up at the station to briefing you all you need to know about the Cinque Terre. As a Silver Member I got a local bottle of wine that was amazing. Be prepared for lots of steps, so pack light.

Amazing views & room was very nice. Only negative I have is when trying to get some ice for drinks from bar staff was almost impossible. Location is great for the view & main town is not too far, but need to climb heaps of stairs to get there from hotel & difficult to get parking close to the main centre.

Could not have been a better location in Manarola. Not too far up the hill, right on top of the square. Very convenient.

A very nice family run hotel.Our stay was in winter season therefore the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was still served and could not be faulted. Many home made treats daily.
Although our Italian was limited, staff were kind and understood our needs.
The decor of the hotel was beautiful with many homely touches..

We arrived slightly earlier than the check in time and the staff was very helpful in getting us in despite that.
We were welcomed by a lovely bottle of wine along with some nice focaccia in the morning.
10/10 would stay again.

We stayed at Il Magàn for four nights and used it as a base to hike to the other towns. The view from the room is amazing, it is cool and cosy, but with enough room for the three of us. The bathroom is tiny, especially the shower, so if you like a spacious bathroom, maybe this is not for you. The bar La Scuna, attached to the property is just downstairs and has the most incredible view to watch the sun set over the coast. Food and drinks were great too. We loved our time here, and really loved...

I don’t normally give feedback on my stays, but I will for an exceptional stay at a greatly price. I was most impressed with the quality of the check in procedure and the instructions were complete and unambiguous. The bonus was the lift to the 3rd Floor. With bags it was a massive plus. I would give our stay 10 out of 10.
