Accommodation classified as "Interior Tourism" is newly decorated. Capacity for up to 2 adults and 1 child up to 14 years old (main bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room). Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and living room. It is located on the third floor without a lift. We do not recommend this floor for families with small children in a pushchair, due to the narrow nature of the staircase, but we can install a cot, upon request, at a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need one, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.



Elegant and fully equipped accommodation, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-Fi included. Views of a small and quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. One complete bathroom.



No private transport is required, as the location is situated in the centre. You will be within a 5-10 minute walk of the main city attractions such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig d'es Born.



"Sa Gerreria" is one of the best neighbourhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and for its low mass and has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighbourhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has a great presence of urban art.



Rules:



It is completely forbidden to smoke inside the property, and failure to comply with the rule will result in a penalty.



Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.



Please respect the community areas: stairs and corridors, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.



ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the accommodation regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.

NOTE: The apartment is located in a residents-only area. To access the property by car, it is essential to request an ACIRE circulation permit. We will pass on the instructions upon making the reservation.
