Lovely hotel, friendly staff. The property can do with some renovation especially the rooms but overall a very nice hotel. The food options were also good and always changing. Very close to the beach.

The hotel is in a great location, clean and quiet. Rooms are a good size and the half-board option was better than we expected. Some litter outside the back of the property.

Never stayed in this part of the resort before I usually stay in Can pastilla at either the Helios or Las Arenas. I was not disappointed by this hotel it was absolutely superb, we had a sea view which was spectacular, the patio area was as big as my bedroom at home! The food choice for both breakfast & dinner was great. We stayed here 4 nights then moved to the Helios for 3. Cant recommend enough!

Great stay!

We had a lovely time at HSM, the staff made the experience almost a perfect holiday. They were extremely accommodating to us and with our 10 month old, always welcoming, chatty and full of energy. Ines, Heidy and Antonia at the restaurant were always chatty and helpful, especially with our daughter. Sumit on reception was very helpful, even when we had a small issue with our room, he sorted it before we knew it but also always saying hello and being helpful. The staff make the hotel what it is! We would only say that the restaurant could have more food choices but otherwise, no issues at all. Rooms were clean and areas of the hotel were, swimming pool area was nice and clean. Perfect location, on the beach and close to amenities as well as a short 10/15 min journey to Palma city (by taxi).

Staff was amazing But the beds and pillows were terrible lol You can hear everything through the walls which made it hard to sleep The beds slide all over so the people above were constantly making loud noise They also do not provide conditioner lotion ect And you need to ask for an iron

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Essen frisch, lecker und große Auswahl. Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Direkte Strandlage und ein sehr ruhiger Teil der Playa de Palma auf Höhe Ballermann 13. Direkte Busanbindung und somit einfach vom Flughafen zu erreichen.

Très bon hotel, bien situé a coté de tout commerce, restaurant bar... Palma a 15min en voiture grand max. Hotel est propre et récemment refait. Petit déjeuné correct. Seul bémol les personnes non civilisées qui déposent leur serviette le matin et qui les gardes toute la journée

Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel and great staff, nothing was too much for them. The rooms are cleaned daily and are spotless. Buffet breakfast was varied and good quality.

Decent hotel with amazing beachfront

Amazing beachfront location! Great swimming pool, with affordable decent drinks served. Very clean, cleaning crew made sure all is neat and sand free :) breakfast OK, coffee could be worked on but still OK. Dinners - great, plenty of choice, something different each night. Drinks for dinner are not free but still very affordable. Amazing chefs on the grill! We had small issue with bathroom equipment, hair dryer is poor quality and tends to pull hair in, not big issue on summer holidays, but could be improved. In general, great stay for family summer trip.

Hotel stupendo a 2 passi dalla spiaggia e dalle fermate del bus. Cibo ottimo e personale speciale, i ragazzi in sala durante colazione e durante la cena davvero garbati e professionali. Lavorando io stessa nella ristorazione devo dire che non è scontato trovare personale cosi bravo a gestire. Torneremo di sicuro.
