EASY REGISTRATION PROCESS When you book your stay in Palm Springs, there are a few simple things to take care of to make sure everything goes smoothly and follows local rules. Around 2-3 weeks before you arrive (or right away if it's a last-minute booking), we'll get in touch to start a quick online registration. We’ve invested a user-friendly online registration solution to make sure everyone is best positioned to comply with the rules set down by the City of Palm Springs in relation to short-term vacation rentals (and of course we’re always here to help!).!
What's involved:
RENTAL AGREEMENT & HOUSE RULES: You (the main guest) will sign an electronic rental agreement that includes all the house rules for The Twin Palms Art House. You can already find these rules available to read online here.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION: For your security and ours, all adult guests will need to complete a quick identity verification through Stripe, which is very secure and helps keep prices down.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY BRIEFING: You'll have a mandatory (but super quick), 5-minute virtual catch-up via Google Meet with the adults in your group the day before you arrive to go over Palm Springs "Good Neighbor" guidelines.
Other things to know:
WATER HEATING: Pool and/or spa heating can be arranged for a cost-recovery based fee. Feel free to inquire for more information but we'll actively check-in with you before your stay to make you know your options. We take a simple user pays approach to this which avoids those who don't want/need water heating subsidizing those that do (which is unfair) and allows a price signal to keep resource use to a level closer to true need (climate change is very real). In our view, the "alternative" (i.e. building the costs of heating into our baseline pricing and charging everyone) is so unfair to non-users and so irresponsible to the environment that we don't see it as a feasible alternative at all, meaning our alternative would be no heating being made available.
QUIET HOURS: Palm Springs, including our neighborhood, has quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM daily.
ACCESSIBILITY: While the front entrance has a few steps, the back entrance offers level access to the house, and the entire home is on one level.
SAFETY & SECURITY: Our neighborhood is very safe, and for extra peace of mind, the house has a security system, alarms (smoke and carbon monoxide), fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and four outward-facing exterior security cameras

NO PETS: We've made the difficult decision to have a no-pets policy at the house. We appreciate your understanding!

We had an amazing weekend getaway at Adam's place! The home was absolutely beautiful-stylishly decorated, comfortable, and immaculately clean.The location was perfect and centrally located, making it easy to get around Palm Springs. We especially loved spending time by the pool-it was the highlight of our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape!
We chose the Twin Palms Art House for a reunion of widely scattered, long-time friends who love art, great food and conversation--and it was perfect. We wanted an iconic mid-century modern Palm Springs experience, and we got it! Near downtown in a renowned and quiet neighborhood of mid-century modern homes, the house features authentic, colorful, (and very comfortable!) furnishings and decor. The large art collection is well-curated and, like the house, both impressive and whimsical. The exterior is completely private and carefully designed for outdoor living, with a lavish, protected lounge over looking the pool area, and a beautiful desert garden that wraps around the house and includes outdoor dining and multiple gathering spots. The host, Adam, is incredibly hospitable. He's responsive, thoughtful, and highly organized. The materials to acquaint you with the house are outstanding. Our group included great cooks, who loved the well-equipped kitchen. Aside from the original gas cooktop, all the appliances and technology are high-quality and new. The unifying aesthetic of the whole property--color, light, comfort, ease, community and fun--made for an extraordinary experience. It was like stepping into another world. We all left refreshed and reinvigorated.We love Adam's Twin Palms Art House and will definitely be back!
A Magical Reunion at The Twin Palms Art HouseWe chose The Twin Palms Art House for our annual sibling reunion, and it exceeded every expectation. The modern art and creative decor initially caught our eye, but the fantastic layout and comfort made us stay. The home is incredibly well-appointed with ample seating inside and out—from the living areas to the fire pit and BBQ zone.The lighting creates a magical atmosphere; my wife particularly loved the festive outdoor lights and the flamingos floating in the illuminated pool. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped for gourmet meals and serving over a dozen guests. The three bedrooms are spacious, and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of plush towels.Beyond the amenities, the house was spotless, safe (excellent security), and perfectly located near downtown and the airport. Adam, our host, was professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about guest satisfaction.
