THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and street parking for 2 vehicles.
• There will be a vehicle parked on-site at all times. The car belongs to the homeowner and will remain in place, typically under the carport, even when the home is being rented.
• Please note, guests are responsible for any accidental damage to the parked vehicle during your stay, though we don’t anticipate any issues.
• Additional fee(s):
• We do recommend pool heat between October through May. There is a $100 (plus tax) per night charge for opting into pool heat and hot tub. If opted in, the pool heat charge will be assessed for the entire duration of your stay. To pay the additional fee, please contact our Customer Care team at least 48-hours before arrival to allow for adequate time to heat the pool.
• For stays of 29 nights or more, a $1,500 monthly utility deposit is required and collected separately from the total booking charges. This deposit covers gas, electricity, water, and pool heating. Any unused portion will be refunded to the guest upon checkout. In the event of utility overages, the guest will be responsible for the additional cost.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located above the front gate and actively monitoring the entry, (2) located above the front door and actively monitoring the entrance.

The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
