  • 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, one block from the Casino and two blocks from town. This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been updated and is only two block from town and 1 block from the casino. Walk to most anything in Palm Springs with ease. We offer 1 king bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the guest bedroom that can be pushed together to make a king for your sleeping needs. We have an in unit W/D, TV, Internet and a beautiful patio to relax and BBQ or just stair at the stars. We are adjacent to the pool, tennis courts and on site gym.

Great location and views

Great location, walk to downtown and amazing spa, quiet, friendly neighbours, attentive manager. Enjoyed the second floor views, amazing sunrises and balcony.

Wonderful Condo!

We absolutely loved staying in this property! It was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, and the air conditioning worked great. Grady was super attentive to my questions, and stayed with me until all of my questions were answered…he even gave me a much needed tutorial on the tv remotes. We can’t wait to head back and stay at the Deauville again!

Perfect palm Springs location

The property is in a perfect location within walking distance of the great Palm Springs downtown. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The complex is quiet and the surrounding streets have no traffic so are great for crossing and walking. Great coffee shop(Koffi) is an easy 5 minute walk. Casino is across the street and great restaurants are nearby. Something for everyone. The unit is very spacious and in a good location.

Location, location, location!

It was a perfect location, close to almost everything anyone would want. The condo itself was very comfortable, with the best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a rental...and there have been many. The grounds of the Deauville were lovely, there was a small library that even had puzzles (though not enough rainy days to finish one!), The beds were comfortable, the pool and the small gym were good...The only negative, for me, were the 21 or so steps to the condo. But would go back in a minute.

Great Place

Very nice place - clean, good size and had all of the amenities. Kitchen, patio with BBQ and very nice pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this unit - particularly on the second floor with view of the mountains.
