A wonderful place and so close to downtown

I just finished a short (3-day/2-night) stay in Villa F. The location could not be better. One block off of Palm Canyon, but the Villa was surprisingly quiet and very enjoyable. The place was clean and well stocked when I arrived. The Villa is nice looking and even though small, it was perfect for me and my dog. The email received right before my trip, had all the information needed to know my way around the Villa. Enjoyed it.

Absolutely perfect!

You just can't beat the location of this little cabin. Right in the center of the action yet very quiet. The living space is functional and well appointed. Super comfortable bed. Incredible value too. Highly recommend.

This property was very close to town which we appreciated that we could walk to Starbucks and other restaurants and shops. It was a little bit dark, but had everything we needed, and was very quiet. Nice large bathroom and comfy furnishings. Appreciate you hosting!

The property is like stepping back in time to when the Rat Pack was roaming the streets of Palm Springs. Each casita is separate and one story. They are located perfectly with the main strip a block away, yet are quiet. They are not fancy but clean and comfortable.

Lots of room inside, lots of seating outside. It was very close to the strip so we’re able to walk most places. The pool was clean and close. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the owner. The on-site property manager was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Very close to all downtown things, super easy to walk around. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve had, other than at home. The only negative thing I would say is the shower has two curtains as there is a window so they both wanted to stick to you while using it. Would rent again.

The place is super cozy very homie feeling. It has Everything you need. I brought kitchen items and they had everything. Very very clean. Nice and cool inside temp was 124 when we got here. The only downside on the website it looks like the pool is outside the villa private and it’s a community pool. I wanted a pool private. Another guest mentioned the same. The pic on the website looks like it’s on the villa. Other than the that the stay was amazing. I recommend it. Leticia

Excellent Accommodations

We had 2 adults and 2 dogs in our group. On site parking was easily available, as was street parking. We stayed in Unit F and it was a stand alone building in the back which was great! It looks like a little cabin. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The heater worked great! There are AC units in every room so it would be cool enough in the summer. The coffee was a delicious French vanilla and super tasty! If you have dogs that shed (mine don’t), bring something to clean up their hair. Pets are not allowed on furniture. I brought dog beds with me so it wasn’t a problem. I would probably bring paper products that can easily be tossed next time. There are dishes, but enough for 3-4 people so we did dishes often to have them available for the next time they were needed. The place was very clean, quiet, easy to enter and communication was excellent! It is a 2 block walk to the main drag so we were able to walk everywhere. I look forward to returning here again soon! Thank you, Cole, for being a fabulous host!

Great location - easy walk to downtown Palm Springs. Casita was very clean and the kitchen, though small, had everything we needed. The unit has a nice rustic feel and definitely has its roots in earlier times. Nice size for 2 people; would be tight for more. The air conditioning worked well. Would we stay there again? Definitely.
