The Space:

Step into a Palm Springs fantasy. This is the owner's personal weekend retreat, kept in immaculate condition and fully renovated in mid-century modern style. Bold colors, designer furnishings, and natural light through classic desert-modern lines make this the kind of place that feels like vacation the moment you walk in. There's plenty to do in Palm Springs, but honestly, you may never want to leave.



Four spacious bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests, with three ensuite baths so no one's fighting for the shower. Each room has its own personality: curated art, quality linens, and thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home, not a rental.



The open-concept living and dining area flows into a kitchen stocked with everything you need, whether it's coffee and eggs on a slow morning or a full family feast.



The Backyard



This is why you came. The private pool and spa anchor a lush, landscaped backyard built for doing nothing at all. Stretch out on a lounge chair, grab a drink from the shade of the outdoor couch, or claim a spot around the gas fire pit as the sun drops behind the mountains. Fire up the BBQ when hunger hits, and if you're lucky, grab a grapefruit off the tree on your way back inside.

The Neighborhood:

The house is tucked into a quiet residential street, but just minutes from everything Palm Springs does best.



North Palm Canyon Drive is the heart of it: great restaurants, boutiques, and buzzing patios. Farm is the local brunch institution; Crudo Cervicheria is the move for fresh ceviche and tacos. The Palm Springs Art Museum is a short walk, free on Thursdays, and better than you'd expect.



For adventure, the Aerial Tramway is 15 minutes away — desert floor to alpine summit in 10 minutes flat. The Indian Canyons trails are 20 minutes south, and Joshua Tree is just an hour's drive when you're ready to go full desert.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is the easiest way to get around and see everything Palm Springs has to offer. The driveway fits 3 cars, so parking is never an issue. Uber and Lyft are also reliable here if you'd rather skip the rental.



Other Things to Note:

Heating the pool during cold months will be assessed at $60/day upon request. Please inform management that you would like the pool heated no later than 72 hours before your reservation. We can not accommodate turning the heat on after that. The pool is heated to 87-90 deg. Please request a lower temperature if needed. Due to the amount of time it takes to heat the pool, we can not heat the pool for only part of your stay. It is all or nothing.

For everyone's security, there are exterior cameras covering the driveway and front door only. We value your privacy, so none face the backyard, and there are no interior cameras anywhere in the home.



There are also noise sensors in the living room and a couple of spots outside. These don't record audio; they simply alert the host if noise levels climb during the hours Palm Springs is strictest about it, so we can help keep things good with the neighbors.



Interaction with Guests:

We want your stay to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The home is set up for easy self check-in via keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule without any hassle.
