- Beautiful townhouse in the popular South Palm springs, right on the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. Access to 3 community pools (always heated), one of which is right off your patio, as well as jacuzzies. Large patio where you can enjoy most of the day with mountain and golf course views. Two tennis courts, and plenty of citrus fruit trees all over this beautiful community, for freshly squeezed morning juices. Furnished with high end and very comfortable furniture. 2 full bathrooms (one walk in shower and the other one with a bathtub). Covered carport for one vehicle. Guest parking also available.
65" Samsung HD smart TV in the living room, and 42" in the master bedroom. Hi speed wi-fi.
The home is as shown in the pictures.
Trader Joe's few minutes away, and Highway CA 111 is right there to take you to all the desert cities, while the downtown is few minute drive away.

Golf Course Retreat
We spent the Christmas week at the property and enjoyed it very much. The neighborhood is quiet and right on the fairway of Tahquitz Creek GC. Hot tub and pool were steps away. The home was about equidistant from downtown Palm Springs and El Paseo in Palm Desert so access to lots of activities and restaurants

Good location, a bit tired
Location worked well for us -- near Palm Springs downtown, hikes, shopping. Tennis courts and pool on property were very good and location of unit is great. Unit could use a bit of sprucing up. It would be a plus if dishes and glassware were upgraded, lighting could be better. Host was very communicative and responsive.

Perfect Location
Perfect location on fairway of golf course. Also perfectly positioned to either run into Palm Springs or head down valley to Rancho Mirage, etc. Owner was communicative and we had no issues whatsoever. Would stay there again.
