Welcome to your own Moroccan-inspired pool villa. This 3000 Sq.Ft. home features private pool and spa as well as lovely gardens. Enjoy the Jacuzzi, pool and sunny pool deck. Chase lounges as well as outside seating is provided on the pool deck.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have en suite baths and each is located in a separate area of the house providing great privacy. All baths were remodeled in Carrera Marble and Morroccan tile. In addition to the 3 bedrooms with en-suite baths there is a den with a 4th bed and private bath which can be used for a child under 12 years of age. The family room as well as most bedrooms have new flat screen TVs. As you can see from the photos this property offers everything needed for a friends or family retreat.

Everything is first-rate! The landscaping is beautiful front, sides, and back. Great views of mountains and of palms on the property as well as in the surrounding neighborhood. House interior is tastefully decorated and spotless. Great communication.

The house is ideal for a getaway! Starting with off-street carport parking and a gated lot to the fully stocked kitchen and beautiful pool/spa and back yard, it has everything you need! The interior is colorful and very clean with a floor plan perfect for guest privacy with none of the bedrooms adjacent to one another. The a/c work great and the temp is set just right. Two small suggestions are that 1) each bedroom have a tv with Roku or some sort of access to streaming and 2) a couple of umbrellas and floating devices be added to the pool area. We loved it!

A unique Moroccan theme property with 4 bedrooms each with bathroom, terrific pool and patio, delightful movie posters. Close to Smoke Tree shopping center.

A perfect week's stay in Palm Springs at this house for the second time. The location, the house, the pool, all was top of the line. Everything in the house worked well and Bob is very communicative (we did not need his help with anything since everything worked as expected). We love this house and will be back again in a year.

Best Stay ever! Immediately rebooked!

I simply can’t say enough positives about this beautiful, relaxing property! From the start, Bob was very welcoming and explained everything in detail - much appreciated! The home is beyond expectations, clean and comfortable! Everything you could possibly need is available to you. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood provided for a good night’s sleep. In addition, a master shower that is so wonderful it’s almost difficult to get out! While we only really occupied 1/3 of the house, it would definitely be worthy for a group of 6. The outdoor area was well manicured and the sparkling clean pool/hot tub was most inviting. As for location, anything you desire is a short drive from the home. The PS tram was well worth the trip for anyone wondering. We simply can’t count the days until we can return. Thanks so much for the most relaxing, wonderful “check out” vacation/stay I’ve ever had!

Great house and wonderful vacation!

This house was perfect for us and one other couple. We each had our master suite (house has 4 masters). Very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub alot. It was heated and very clean. House is in a quiet neighborhood that is very strict on noise so had to be very quiet all the time outside - which was fine for us, but would not be a good house to have kids or lots of loud adults. House was located close to everything we wanted to do. It was stocked very well which was nice. Property manager was very responsive and great to deal with. My only complaint would be the outside table & chairs were uncomfortable. Sat out there a lot and ate but couldn't sit for very long. We would stay there again. We loved it!!

We spent a month at this house and absolutely loved it. The history of the house is very cool, the layout is great, it was stocked with everything we needed, the pool was awesome and we loved the neighbourhood. We could have easily stayed another month!

Three adult couples from Central Oregon needed HOT SUN and we got it! Our stay was lovely. The home is relaxed, we felt very comfortable, the pool & jetted area was amazing, and the neighborhood was quiet. Thank you!!

We felt at home the instant we arrived. We have not stayed in a vaca rental that is this well equipped! Plenty of towels, kitchen items, games, candles.... I could go on. All rooms are comfortable and have great bathrooms. I brought my dog and he loved the place right away. The neighborhood. We love this neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and take a walk at night. It's magical. The houses are lit up to accentuate the architecture and grounds. Old school MCM Palm Springs.It's really nothing short of fantastic. I don't know how many times I said "oh wow!!". Bottom line, we had a fantastic 5 day stay and could have easily stayed longer. Love this place!

Fabulous 60th Birthday

Thank you for a wonderful time at your incredible home. Bob was fabulous for our check-in and provided so much historical information about the home. We stayed at the house most of the time and enjoyed the outdoor space by the pool and took advantage of the spacious kitchen. We would definitely stay again!
