Great location and amenities for younger kids.

The room needs updating and the carpet was pretty gross, but the location, pool, and general amenities were awesome for a family trip. We weren't expecting a 5-star hotel. We just wanted an awesome pool in South Palm Canyon at an affordable price for a quick trip with our 6 and 9 year old. This place checks those boxes.

Nice location , room adequate but needs to be refreshed . View from room is the alley so you get to hear trolleys going by and workers in their break talking loudly . 30$ per day resort fee seems high for the use of 4 towels and the pool. I’d probably rent a stand alone house for future visits . Nice enough

Palm Canyon

It was really nice. The pull out sleeper sofa has to be the most comfortable I have ever slept on. When we need extra towels or an extra pan called up fri t and was delivered immediately. The kids love the water slides. Definitely be back

Do not recommend!

If I could, I would give this place a negative star rating. It is dirty and not as advertised. The "villa" smelled like mold. When we opened the balcony door for fresh air, it smelled of urine, and the patio floor just like the bedroom floor was sticky all over. The pool water was murky and had a the consistency of butter milk. We wanted to stay for two nights but left the next morning. I'm not even asking for a refund of our second night, as they obviously need the money more than I do. I would not stay there even if they would pay me for my visit.
