Exceptional Condo with Mountain Views / Near Downtown Palm Springs

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo has been completely remodeled to perfection, with a custom-designed kitchen, high-end appliances, flooring, ceiling fans, furniture, art, and equipped with a washer and dryer. This condo is a standout for the best views of the San Jacinto mountains from the living room, bedrooms and front patio. The condo is in a nice gated community which has two sparkling pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, and lots of greenery. A reserved covered parking space comes with the unit. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your relaxing vacation in paradise. There is a 55'' Smart TV in the living room and a 49'' Smart TV in the master bedroom, as well as a reclining chair for your comfort to enjoy reading or watching movies. And last but not least, the bathrooms have a luxury touch with soft towels, Molton Brown products, Italian tile and high-end fixtures.

LOCATION: The condo is located just a short walk from Downtown Palm Springs. You can walk to the downtown area, browse the shops and galleries, have dinner and walk home. It's 1/2 block from the Palm Springs Convention Center, and 1 block more to the Agua Caliente Casino. Close to everything .... just bring the fun!

ALSO: We have an Apple HomePod smart speaker which you can use for music, radio, podcasts, weather, alarm clock, white noise machine, etc. You can also ask Siri to adjust the WiFi-connected lights, adjust the temperature and lock/unlock the front door. There is also an iPad that docks in the kitchen, which you may use as you like - for reading the news, surfing the internet, or controlling the home. There are books you can read in your spare time, games and two tennis rackets in case you wish to use the tennis courts. Also pool towels in case you want to hit the pool.

THINGS TO DO: Downtown Palm Springs offers movie theaters, fine dining, shopping, live theater, boutiques, salons, pubs, West Elm, Sephora. Many clothing, furniture and retail shops are just a few blocks away. Village Fest happens each Thursday evening just two blocks away, while the Palm Springs Art Museum, the internationally acclaimed Film Festival, and Modernism Week all happen nearby. Hiking trails, Indian Canyons, The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Joshua Tree, Idyllwild, Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear all make fantastic day trips.
