The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place wet or dirty towels in the tub or shower
Be sure to refrigerate any food items that you must leave behind.
Turn OFF the heat or AC in unit.
Depart on time: (normally 11:00 AM).
Return one set of keys to lockbox using code 0704 and lock the box. Return all gate clicker(s), other sets of keys to the basket under TV set in living room.
Please wash any dishes/pots and pans before departure. You may leave in kitchen sink to dry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
No smoking in pool/hot tub area or at least 50 feet from any building by HOA directive.
Guest agrees to sign/return Vacation Agreement package by DocuSign and provide a return/home address and email.
Can sleep up to three, but more comfortable for two persons.
