Great location and a very comfortable and clean, condo that had excellent furnishings and appliances. However, VACASA, the property managers, were terrible. Prior to checking-in, I called their 800 number several times only to be connected with a person somewhere in Central America that was reading her responses from a computer screen. They were no help at all. Plus, I asked several questions, via email, that were never answered. This happened twice. When the check-in instructions arrived they contained an incorrect gate code; it took a phone call to the local VACASA contact person to figure out what was going on. When we finally arrived at the condo there were no carpets, no towels, no garbage bags, and the parking passes were missing. To the credit of the great cleaning crew, they returned two hours after check-in with clean carpets and garbage bags. They were very professional and apologetic and made sure that management knew of the missing towels. The next day we discovered that there were no parking passes. I talked with our local VACASA person but we never did receive the passes, Overall the condo was great and I'd give it a 5. With the exception of the VACASA cleaning services team which deserves a rating of 5, the rest of VACASA organization deserves a rating of 2.
