  • This updated and clean condo in the beautiful Palm Springs community of Sundance is sure to delight you and your guests. Take full advantage of Palm Springs' year-round sunshine in this light and bright vacation rental with a large courtyard with a sparkling private pool. Outfitted with two glass-enclosed patios, both overlooking the pool deck, this will be just the place to enjoy the warm evenings. Three chaise lounge chairs can be used to soak in the sun or relax in the shade of the mature trees. The private saline pool and spa make for a lovely escape from the heat or evening soak as well. Inside, the living room offers a comfortable couch, additional seating for entertaining, an HDTV, and a fireplace to finish off this welcoming space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, numerous small appliances, utensils, and service ware, so you can enjoy home-cooked meals inside with dining for four, or dine alfresco on the outdoor patio.

    For a bit of fun right near home base, enjoy early morning or evening walks on the lovely and well-maintained greenbelt just outside the patio. Also in the complex is a shared tennis court to indulge in a bit of friendly competition. Venture into downtown, just two-and-a-half miles away, and you will have full days of fun with endless restaurants, boutiques, and attractions lining Palm Canyon Drive. If you happen to have a more outdoorsy group, wake up early and treat yourself to a hike on the foothills of Mount San Jacinto. Even more fun can be found at Joshua Tree National Park, just 35 miles away!

    Things to Know
    -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
    -For reservations longer than 28 nights, a utility deposit is $1500 for 28 nights, with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Great Rental

Enjoyed our stay very much. The on-line pictures desribe the house exactly. We enjoyed the pool, the fire table and the park out the back gate. We hope to do it again.

Fantastic House

Came for a family wedding and this house was just perfect. Immaculate and very well equipped for our adult group. Even prettier than the pictures. We had a problem with the TV and they came right away to fix it! I will stay here again on our next visit to Palm Springs!

Tremendous Vacation

My wife and I needed a few days of complete relaxation and got it with this condo. It was spacious, well-equipped, newly renovated, and perfectly positioned for us to enjoy all Palm Springs has to offer. The pool and overall set up in the back allowed us to enjoy the sun and get in plenty of reading. We will be back!

My husband and I spent four nights at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although we've visited Palm Springs several times, we typically stay in hotels. This was our first time renting a condo, and we're so glad we made the switch. The condo was beautiful: clean, well-organized, and gorgeously renovated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The setting was both quiet and private, ideal for a relaxing getaway. We particularly loved lounging by the pool and making the most of the outdoor space. Vacasa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would return in a heartbeat!

Very quiet, secluded, maintained property. All the ammenities one could think of at your disposal. (including a garage) Plenty of outside parking. Bacasa staff was great. Only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that the backyard/pool lighting and jacuzzi was turned off way too early Saturday night. Apparently to discourage evening nighttime activites/ noise. However we turned on patio lights still got into the pool...without bothering the neighbors! That being said, an overall great time. DKS

Absolutely loved it

I stayed at this place with my sister who was visiting from Germany. It was a beautiful house, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and the bedrooms had new carpet. The house was equipped with all kinds of amenities including various dishes, wine and cocktail glasses, utensils, cookware, etc. There were two fridges one in the kitchen and one in the garage. The pool was very clean but the patio furniture was dirty due to the high wind and dust. But the inside the house was immaculate. My only concern was that i could hardly fit my suv in the garage because there were wooden shutters and extra roll of carpet on the ground. I would definitely consider staying at this place again.

This was our first time in Palm Springs and we will return and rent from this Sundance resort again! We absolutely loved this condo’s backyard privacy and beautiful pool/spa! It was a home away from home with everything and anything one could need or want. Thank you for an excellent experience from start to finish. One small fact for visitors to know… there’s no hairdryer to use.

Beautiful and functional

We have loved house all three times we’ve stayed here. It is very beautifully and freshly renovated. The kitchen and the Primary bath are particularly great! Believe me, we are pretty picky so the fact that we will be back says it all.
