The space:

With no nearby neighbors and an expanded perimeter wall, you will feel like you are the only people on the court. The front of the home is accessed by a secure gate which leads you into the pool/spa area and flows effortlessly into the open floor plan kitchen and great room with vaulted ceilings and designer furnishings for even the most discerning traveler. This newly built, very private 2200 sqft home on ⅓ of an acre has gorgeous mountain views, a new salt water pool/spa, and is professionally furnished with attention to detail. On the inside there is curated colorful art commissioned from local artists and on the outside you’ll take in those gorgeous San Jacinto Mountain views while lounging around the pool from this south west facing retreat. Enjoy your favorite cocktails al fresco on the sun loungers, or by the fire pit with comfy outdoor sectional and don't forget the outdoor dining area with gas BBQ! Location Location Location! The Luxe is a five minute drive to just about everything one will need; Downtown Palm Springs, the grocery store, gym, hiking trails, park, mountain tram and so much more!

The great room is equipped with a floating gas fireplace, Smart 65” TV with surround sound making for the best entertainment possible. Great split floor plan puts two master bedrooms on each side of the house, yes TWO master suites! You and your guests will sleep on pillow top beds with organic bamboo luxury linens and fluffy pillows. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with Alexa and blackout solar shades; Spa baths with rain showers and towel dry with plush linens. The luxury just goes on and on... The grande master suite with vaulted ceilings has an oversized shower with two shower heads, soaker bathtub, massive walk-in closet and private toilet room; the bedroom area opens out into the pool and fire-pit area for late night retreats creating a private oasis. In the evening, meticulously placed lighting illuminates the desert landscape throughout the entire property, you will be in heaven.

Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the ENTIRE home, with keyless entry you will never get locked out and with access to each closet, drawer, and cupboard you will feel right at home. The house is very private, safe and equipped with a security system for safety.

NEW! We now have a car available to you via Turo should you need one during your stay. We offer a discounted rate to our house guests!! If you'd like to book please do so on Turo and we can have it ready for you in the garage when you arrive. There is a QR code you can scan on the picture of the car or just inquire for the link. It is first come first serve, so if you'd like to secure it for your trip I suggest you do so at your earliest convenience. Cheers!

Other things to note if you are bringing your pet that is great but I will require an additional deposit of $300. Once you check out I will refund you the deposit pending no accidents/issues =)

Keeping our home safe is top priority, we do have a RING doorbell that is able to be accessed by the Video Alexa in the kitchen.
