CHILDREN: Owner does not want young children between 2-10 to stay at this property as there is no fence around the pool. Please respect these rules.
Per the rules of the city of Palm Springs, all guests are required to do the following
- sign a rental agreement
- fill out the rules & regulations form
- submit a copy of the primary guest`s ID
- primary guest must be 25 years or older.
POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you`d like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.
*Heating the pool is $85/day*
Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night
- Small dogs are allowed for $175 per pet (2 max), NO CATS
All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit and must be sent to us within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded.
All guests reserve the right to cancel with a full refund within 72 hours of booking and assuming it is 30+ days from checking in. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.
During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
This home is meant for people of all ages, but since the pool does not have a fence we strongly advice that adults with small children be very careful in the backyard and everyone swims at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
