Make new traditions with family and friends at Cinnamon Beach Resort 362, an oceanfront condo with views of a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course and miles of Atlantic beach. Completed in 2005, this condo offers easy access to the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, shopping, outdoor activities, and popular attractions.

Accessible by both stairs and elevator, this condo features a bright, open floor plan with spectacular ocean and golf views. The well-equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, great lighting, and a breakfast bar, while the dining room is all ready for a pancake breakfast or a candlelit dinner. The living room has generous seating for the after-dinner hours, as well as an HDTV and DVR.

The balcony boasts a truly breathtaking view, with comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate six. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon novel, or evening dinner, this will be your special place.

All three bedrooms include Samsung flatscreen TVs, DVRs, and premium mattresses with pillow-toppers. A private washer/dryer is also on hand.

This building is just a short walk from the two heated pools at Cinnamon Beach. The oceanside pool was designed with adults in mind, offering a viewing tower overlooking the ocean. The Lakeside Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a heated family pool with a gradual slope, a kids' splash zone, a kiddie pool, a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the freshwater lake and Florida's beautiful birds.

Absolutely beautiful home and community! We will definitely be back in the future! We have used Vrbo in the past and had direct communication with the owners of the home, never through a company, so it took a bit longer to get responses about questions we had. Great place but not a great beach
Overall I would give this condo a 5. It is in a great location on the beach and you can watch the golfers from the balcony. We unfortunately had to move from this beautiful condo because the beach is not suitable for swimming, especially not for children. There are big rocks that line the beach and a reef before you even touch water. It would have been very dangerous for our kids (age 4-7) to have swam on that beach. The listing didn't say anything about the condition of the beach, just that it was on it. We booked 3 weeks in this location on a beach that we couldn't use, private or not. We were luckily able to move locations with Vacasa to another property. The beach is also very shelly. This is a great place for people without kids that just want to sit on a beach and not swim in the water.

The condo was clean, beautiful view, easy check in and check out. Beds were comfortable. Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of towels. Common areas well maintained. The neighborhood is still under construction. Biggest downfall that should have been very clear - The beach is not a swimmable beach. There are large rocks/coral everywhere that are dangerous. You need to drive about 10 miles to get to a beach that you can swim at.

We loved the property, the pools and beach were perfect! The condo itself was extremely clean, well stocked, and appeared as listed in the photos. Beds were very comfortable. Would have appreciated notification for early check in, as the property was obviously available early that day. Would have loved a few kuerig cups to grab a coffee before we had time to make it to the store. But these were minor things and overall this property was 5 star. We would definitely rent again!!!

We are in agreement with the other reviewers--this condo was well-stocked, clean, and had amazing views! We brought our 3 boys (10, 8, and 4) for a short spring break getaway. The location of the unit was perfect as we were just around the corner from the beach access and a 5 minute walk from the pool. This close proximity made this an vacation easy for two tired parents. Even the grocery store is convenient to the community. The pictures do not do this unit justice. The outdoor porch/balcony was huge! We could comfortable seat 5 people around the table.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was clean and in great condition. Perfect location with beautiful views of the ocean. The kids had a wonderful time at the family-friendly pool and splash pad. Would happily stay again. The only glitch was arranging parking permits with the rental company (Teeming Vacation) and local property manager. We never received an email with the required parking pass in advance of our stay. When we contacted Teeming Vacations, they initially said we would have to pay an extra $50 for the pass since we didn't call during usual business hours (we arrived on a Sunday afternoon). Ultimately, we didn't have to pay extra and the issue was resolved fairly quickly, but we also needed a second parking pass for family staying with us on day 2 and it took > 5 calls with additional texts to Teaming Vacation and the local property manager over 2 days to finally get the additional parking pass. Quite the hassle for a routine request. Once we had both passes, getting in and out of the complex was fine. Would recommend this process be simplified, and future renters make sure they have access to a parking pass well in advance of arrival.

The condo was exactly as advertised. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the view was amazing. I would highly recommend this property. The only thing I would advise, if you get chilly at night, you may want to bring a couple of blankets. The condo did not offer many blankets for all the rooms. We will definitely rent again!

Upon arrival at property it was very difficult to get into the gate- it took multiple emails/calls
All and all good. Carpet was old and stained and getting into the property was very difficult. Make sure you get the parking pass which will go to spam from a deferent individual-why it didn’t come in the informational email seemed weird-we were at the gat for 30 min at 9pm with the babies trying to get in-seems like this should somehow be an easier process.

The condo was the perfect size for our family. We spent most of our time on the beach or on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. We were a little disappointed upon arrival that there were only four beach towels for our group of six adults. In addition there were six bath towels, but only two hand towels. And there were only two adult beach chairs, that were really camping/stadium chairs. The other two were for small children. My sons are 6'3 and 6'4 and my husband is 6'5. Traveling from DC, we expected the unit, as advertised, to have beach chairs and adequate towels. Otherwise, it was a well stocked condo and we enjoyed our visit

Condo was superb and as advertised. Only issue was getting through the gated entrance. Though we had our preprinted gate pass, the afternoon entry left us having to wait in a multi-car line for much too long. Those ahead of us either had no pass to get in or something as they were often turned around to leave after we waited siginkfixant amounts of time to get into our rented condo. It was a bit frustrating. The stay was very nice other than that.
