Nice Property
Property is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. I would suggest a new mattress and pillows and a full-length mirror. Also, just as notes, it would have been nice to have access to the fantasy pool and the Italian restaurant. And, we were not allowed to rent chairs for the beach which was a drawback. Overall, it is a beautiful property and we were happy with our stay. Thank you.

Location was great and property managers were great to work with!
Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Do wish that the resort amenities were included because the lazy river looked amazing. A little sad we couldn't enjoy that, but overall the stay was excellent.

Would definitely come back!
The property is nicer than the exact rooms on the property and the price is much better. We love staying at Hammock Beach but they have just out priced us. The description online is spot on Everything including the balcony appeared cleaned/swept. They provided everything you might need upon just arriving and then some. The bed was softer than we are used to but we still slept great Thank you so much to the owners for opening up their property to the public and at such an affordable rate for the area We would definitely rent here again

Paradise Close to Home
The unit is well-appointed with quality furnishings and appliances. The view of the ocean and resort grounds are an added plus. Douglas and Sharon are very responsive hosts. A great place to visit at a very reasonable price.

My wife and I were down from Georgia for a 3 day conference. The room looks like it has been newly redecorated. It was immaculate, comfortable and high enough up that you couldn't hear anything except for the waves crashing on the beach!

Fabulous condo
We stayed for 5 nights and wish we had booked more time here. This condo was perfect in every way. We couldn't believe how efficiently organized and arranged making it feel so roomy with everything you could possibly need. The balcony was lovely with a delightful view of the ocean. The king bed was high end mattress and really, really comfortable. The resort is very nice and great to have access to the pool right by the beach. We were so happy to have rented this fabulous condo. It is so well looked after and much thought given to everything in this home. Thank you Douglas for allowing us the pleasure of staying in your home.

Great stay. Need to let folks know to go from garage to lobby then elevator to room.
Maybe because of Covid,,,but no snacks or bottle 🍾 f wine or extra TP was offered...just my experience from other VRBO stays. But great view from room!!

Quiet couples getaway
Perfect for the couples getaway. Everything in the condo is as advertised. We enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the beautiful sunrises over the ocean every morning. If you're hungry, I'd suggest Atlantic Grille. The fish tacos on the lunch menu are awesome! You can get a table on the patio overlooking the ocean and it's amazing! There are several pools on property to enjoy, as well as the putting course offered for free. The only downside, and this has nothing to do with the condo itself, is the beach. There are submerged rocks in the water that can be problematic when entering the ocean. Otherwise, the beach is beautiful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Nice long distance view of ocean.
The overal property is very large, long walk to lobby, beach , parking. The room is an efficiency apartment basically one room. Bed not very comfortable , too soft for our liking. Very soft foam mattress. Dark room, poor lighting. Needs some better furniture and bedding. Also, you can’t use the pools or beach club amenities. I think it said that on the description, but it was a bummer. Probably wouldn’t go back to the Hammock Beach Resort. The whole property is pretty aged and needsrepairs and paint.

Hammock Beach is beautiful
We enjoyed our stay. Hot water heater had a leak but the owner of the condo Doug was quick to get a repairman to replace the water heater. The last night there the fire alarm went off for the whole complex and we had to evacuate the building in the middle of the night but it was a false alarm so all was well except for the lack of sleep even with that we enjoyed our time at the beach

Much needed getaway!
The owner was very responsive, the unit had everything you could think of tucked into a one bedroom suite. Understandably the property still had some Covid-19 limitations. We had good meaks at Atlantis and Delfinos. Sharon our server in Delfinos was the best.

Awesome Place To Stay
We had the most amazing time during our stay. I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. Everything was so clean. Anything we needed or had forgotten to bring on our trip was there in the condo. Douglas was so easy to work with and available to answer questions when we needed him. I cannot to mention the fact that there are so many palm trees!! I love palm trees so I was soooo happy to see all of the beautiful tropical vegetation. We will definitely stay here again!! Hopefully in the very near future!

I don’t normally do these but I feel this stay deserves it! The owner’s really deserve the 5 stars, they went above and beyond to make this stay just what we needed and wanted! They were very accommodating and put a lot of thought into making the condo itself have everything you need. From the coffee maker to the wine opener and everything in between. We actually got to meet them while there and I can’t say enough about how nice they are! The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The property is massive and the condo still has a great view of the ocean. We hope to return in the future!

Palm Coast Ocean Paradise
The property is everything and more anyone needs to enjoy a month-long stay at an ocean front vacation rental. The unit is well appointed with Tommy Bahama furnishings throughout. The kitchenette is sufficiently equipped to handle most meals from within the unit. The view from the balcony is breathtaking...especially the morning sunrise over the ocean. We were so impressed with the unit and the resort/area that we attempted to book the same month the following year, but was too late. I would be remiss were I not mention how nice the owners (Douglas and Sharon) are....every detail, no matter how minor were addressed promptly. Our only downside was that the COVID-19 pandemic surfaced shortly after our arrival in Florida. Not too long thereafter the businesses began closing. The nearby Publix remained open and we could were able to purchase needed supplies/food as necessary. Although we missed out on many of the local restaurants due to closures, our daily walks along the beach were delightful...we had the entire beach to ourselves. We will indeed return to the area next year and hopefully all will recover safely from the current pandemic. D & D

The owner of the property mis-represented what we were allowed to use at the resort. He told us we could not use certain things (large pool, golf, etc) but told us we could use another pool. Upon our arrival we found out that this pool was not available to us as we did not make our reservation through the resort (versus directly through the owner who had not paid for resort privileges. When I texted the owner about this he said "well they usually don't check at that pool". The TVs in the unit also did not work upon our arrival and the owner said he did not know how to work them as he never stayed there. He did offer to send someone over the next day if we couldn't figure out how to get them working (which we did after an hour or so).

Comfortable relaxing stay.
The room was very comfortable. All the wood provided a touch of class. The king size bed was excellent. Sturdy and comfortable. The food at the Atlantic was 5 star and ease of access to the beach great. If you like nature, nearby Washington Oaks a must stop. Has nature trails, cultivated gardens and fishing spots, along with park with swings for kids.

This was a hidden piece of paradise! This was our first time visiting and we fell In love with the property and the owners! Palm Coast Perfect
This resort has one of the longest and most beautiful stretches of beach in Florida. My wife and I spent every morning walking, picking up sea shells and watching for dolphins. People often say why would you go to Florida in the Summer - it is way too HOT but the breeze off the ocean never makes it a stifling heat that is unbearable. More to the point because so many feel it will be too hot - they stay away so you have a beach that is not Winter months overcrowded and so much more special and romantic. We were there for our anniversary and can attest to that. We loved our view from the balcony and the beautiful sunrises that never disappoint. WE also loved the amenities of the Hammock Beach resort like the Coffee Bar downstairs for that important cappucino or latte to start our day or eating at the Atlantic Grille in the Lodge steps from the Ocean. Just a fabulous menu for any meal of the day. We thank owner Douglas for answering all our questions before our arrival and for being a phone call away during our stay. Thanks Douglas ! Everything you'll need for an very enjoyable get-away for two.
We called Hammock Beach home for four very chilly days in mid-January. Nicely decorated "Tommy Bahama style" this condo includes a beautiful, wide view of the ocean. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the quality of the furnishings, such as the silverware, dishes, bath towels, and large screen TV. We enjoyed the convenience of the on-site coffee shop in the lobby as well as the service and good fare of the Atlantic Grille. Our walk on the beach, limited by the weather, was highlighted by a meeting with "Elvis" ---a blue tick hound being walked by a Florida resident who was in the process of building a home in the community. While one of us golfed, the other explored. Self-parking was easy; multiple elevators were roomy and prompt. As guests, we were comfortable, felt secure, and responses from the owner were always timely. A great Palm Coast get-away for the two of us.
