Beautiful place
This place and area was beautiful and quiet. Exactly what I wanted for a relaxing vacation. It was just a 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the pools. We loved it. Thank you!

Super Property
We visited the area to see family, and there was plenty of space for them to visit. The beach has rocks and reef that makes swimming difficult (if not impossible). The proximity to St Augustine and Flagler Beach is great.

January Retreat
It was so nice to be in Florida during January and the first week in February, and away from the cold in Northeast Ohio. This condo provided everything we needed, and in a secure gated location close to shopping, restaurants and nature preserves. Also only a 30 minute drive to either St. Augustine or Daytona Beach.

The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare and serve a meal. The appliances all work properly from the oven down to the toaster. There were plenty of lines and towels. We were seven adults and there was enough to go around.

Great condo, pools not family friendly.
The condo was super accommodating and plenty of room for our family. But the pools had too many restrictions regarding coolers and taking snacks and hydration in for our kids.

Great getaway
Ocean Hammock is a wonderful getaway. Washington Oaks Park is a short bike ride away. Combine that with Bings Landing and you have a great area to explore and enjoy! The week flew by but we always had an adventure including the SpaceX launch we watched from the boardwalk. Can’t wait to get back.

All-in-all, a good stay.
The condo and location were reasonably good. The condo is in a gated community, which is nice; but, this also means there's no "local color." So, depends on what you want. In other words, it's definitely not like Flagler Beach ... but, then, Flagler is only a 20-min drive south if you want to go there. Convenient grocery shopping is a seven-minute drive. Very dog-friendly community. The beach is an easy five-minute walk and beautiful, but very rocky ... the rocks can't be seen at high tide; but, at low tide, they're very prominent. No surf fishing here! The condo was nice and large. It could use a bit of TLC, though, which I will note to the owner separately.

Beautiful, clean accommodations!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo had tons of room and had everything we needed, not to mention cleanliness. The complex was a convenient location with a short walk to the pool and beach. We were even able to bike ride to a publix nearby. We also enjoyed visiting Daytona and St Augustine which were both about a 40 minute drive. Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend!

Very nice condo
Very nice facility and neighborhood. Condo was very spacious and very good for kicking back and relaxing. May have gone to the beach more but coastline is a bit too rocky. Nice for lounging on the beach but not so much for going into the water.

The condo views were great. Property is beautiful. Beach was a short walk. We loved being able to bring our pup with us . Condo had most everything we needed. Definitely would rent again. Husband did not get to play golf this time so that would be next trip .

Spacious condo in a beautiful area with a second floor view of a private golf course with the ocean in the backdrop. Comfortable furniture inside and out with background noise of crashing waves when enjoying the patio. Located halfway between St Augustine and Daytona Beach making easy day trips to either location. Only drawbacks were the carpeted areas in unit could use either a thorough cleaning or replacement and the beach had large rocks at or near the water line making it difficult to safely enter the water any time other than low tide. Pools were a bit of a walk but Both were very well maintained. One pool (on the beach side) being the adult/lap pool and the second pool (across the street from the beach) being the family oriented pool with a kiddy play area and kiddie pool. Leave your pool toys and floats at home though as they are not allowed. Also, no coolers allowed at the pools, must purchase food and beverage from the local eatery/bar. Beach was beautiful with lots of room at low tide. Condo was sizable and spacious making it pleasant for our two families with small children to enjoy especially on rainy days with a nice couch, a large television in the living room and master suite including WIFI and cable television. Some great local eateries nearby in the local area and south to Flagler beach area. Also have to mention the A1A fish market, awesome locally sourced fish that we brought back to the room and cooked. Overall, very pleased with this vacation.

Peaceful and beautiful location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this condo. The view is outstanding, the patio large, and the condo is spacious. The walkway to the beach is one condo over. The kitchen had most of what we needed to make some delicious meals. According to a local, there are hundreds of miles of bike trails in Palm Coast, and they are well maintained trails!! Great area, great condo!

This place was perfect!!
This condo far exceeded my expectations. The condo was very spacious and had plenty of room so we were very comfortable staying there. The neighborhood was perfect for my family and the grocery store was 5 minutes away! The property manager was quick to respond when I emailed him with a few questions. If we come back to this area we would definitely stay here again!! Loved every minute of it.

Premier Vacation Spot
Great manicured location, security, and non crowded beach. Close to stores since we cooked most nights. Condo was excellent and fully stocked with utensils and towels. Only gave a 4 for cleanliness because of the carpets. After speaking to another property owner, we realized the situation/rules with carpet vs. hard flooring in bedrooms on upper floors. We had rented another unit 4 years ago so we did know what to expect overall, so, again, awesome location! Thank you for the relaxing vacation!

Excellent Property on the Palm Coast
This was our family's first time on the Palm Coast and we picked the property based off past reviews and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms. When we arrived we were really happy with the condo (its huge!) and the community's amenities. The community is really pet-friendly, well-manicured, ease of beach access, gated/safe, lighted, etc. We would definitely stay at this condo and/or this community again. Some constructive criticism for this condo (not negative enough to warrant less-than 5 stars IMO): 1. the sliding patio door is a pain to open and close and the screen door is really jacked-up off the track. 2. It looks like ceiling fans used to be on the back patio but not anymore, fans would've been nice. 3. Wifi didn't work the whole time we were there. The owner was prompt in responding but we still had no luck troubleshooting but luckily I had a mobile hotspot so we just continued living our lives. 4. Mattresses could need refreshing/replacement/foam toppers. Overall though, we had a great time and would go back without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet area! It wasn’t to much to do with children. Only the beach and the pool. The condo is nice, spacious, and well stocked. A huge balcony I would say it only had one washcloth. Make sure if your planning to stay at this condo bring plenty of washcloth however I would say this unit has plenty of towels. We also enjoyed Cinnamon Beach. The owner Tony was responding before our stay but he he did stop responding after a day we checked in. Anyway it wasn’t nothing major tore up in the unit.. I’m wondering if we would’ve had a major issue how was it going to get resolved. I’m really big on communication and getting a response in a timely manner was what I was hoping for during our entire stay. Because this unit was Beautiful huge and quiet. I would stay again and would recommend this condo to family and friends.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway
We had a wonderful time staying in Tony's condo last week! The condo was very large and spacious, the furnishings and beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to enjoy meals at home. We especially enjoyed spending time on the outdoor porch with the golf course and ocean view! Tony was an excellent host who communicated very well before our arrival and responded very quickly to a question we had about the wifi when we arrived. We would love to visit again someday!

Wonderful experience
We really enjoyed Cinnamon Beach. This property is great! From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. Condo is spacious and cozy. Very well kept. Communication on check-in, vehicle registration and requirements around Covid precautions was excellent. Tony was only an email or call away. I highly recommend this property. We look forward to a return visit! Thanks so much for making our first getaway amidst this pandemic an experience that made us feel safe and secure about being there!

The screen door to patio kept coming off track and getting stuck so we didn’t bother with it just slid it to one side and left it open. The ice didn’t dispense ice from the door of fridge so we just bought a bag of ice and kept it in the freezer. All in all our stay was good!

Lovely property and good for children
The unit is pretty and roomy. There are TVs in each room so everyone can watch what he or she wants. I enjoyed the balcony early in the morning to drink my coffee and read. The kitchen was supplied with the utensils, bowls, pots and pans, etc to prepare our meals. The pool area was wonderful, especially the splash pad and kiddie pool for little ones, and the larger pool for everyone. It worked out better than only beach. Some pieces of furniture were well-sat-upon and we could have used some written information in the condo, such as where to put garbage and what the WiFi password was. These were small things easily dealt with, however.

If I could give 6 stars I would. We have been coming to Cinnamon Beach for over 10 years and this unit is one of the best we have stayed in. Owner is on top of things and very attentive. Unit is well stocked and has everything you would need. Look no further if you want the best condo at the beach.

The condo was nice and spacious. There were basic supplies for cooking and ample linens. We enjoyed some great family time together! The beach is very natural, and we even saw dolphins one day! The children enjoyed the pool and game room, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Outstanding Condo, Beautiful View, & Great Time!
My Wife & I were looking for a Getaway that we could bring our Baby, a 10 lb. Shih-Tzu that is like our Child. This was the perfect place! The Condo was immaculate & exceeded all of our expectations! This is one of if not the largest Condo I have ever seen. It was comfortabel from the Bed to the living & Dining areas. The Owner is readily available & answered all questions we had before and during our stay! I would recommend this Condo to everyone!

The location of this condo is great. You can’t beat these corner units! The kitchen was very well equipped and suited all our needs. That is hard to find in these condos and we have stayed in many of them over the past several years as we are building here in Palm Coast requiring us to visit often. Tony, the owner was VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We had an awesome time!
This was our 3rd time to stay in this condo and we can’t wait to return. We had another wonderful time. This spacious condo is very nice and perfect for our family. Our 6 year old son loved his room and bunk bed. There is a great view overlooking the golf course and ocean and you can hear the waves from the large balcony. The beach is just a short walk away and the pool and splash park are right around the corner. I would highly recommend this condo to any family looking for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach- Loved Everything
We loved the condo. BEautifully furnished, with everything we could need- even a Keurig coffee machine. New patio set, nice view of the ocean. Only two minute walk to get to ha r my toes in the sand at the beach! The FastAccessPass is kind of a pain, burn Tony was very friendly and helpful. Loved the condo, loved the beach- we’ll be back!

What a wonderful vacation (and vacation condo)!
We have been to Cinnamon Beach on multiple occasions and always stay in 325! We love everything, from the wide beaches, to the clean, well-appointed condo. Everything is at your finger tips and is bright, beautiful and wonderful. We recently discovered the large number of bike paths that parallel the water (not at Cinnamon Beach, but close by).

Beautiful Condo- Really Great Time
It is hard not to have a good time at the beach. Our condo was beautiful, really well appointed and super comfortable. The beach was big and the pools were near by and a lot of fun! Highly recommended! We'll be back!
