pool area nice very convenient room adequate NOT ACCEPTABLE THAT FOR 180 /NIGHT WE ARE ONLY GIVEN 2 LARGE TOWELS AND ASKED TO RETURN OLD TOWELS TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET 2 NEW ONES. ALSO ONE TOWEL IS NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO DRY AN ADULT BODY AFTER A SHOWER. TOWELS ARE THIN AND SMALL.

Ok well when we got to the property the night manager was very accommodating and friendly. We arrived super late due to flight delays and around 2 am. Once we checked in and walked to the room, opened the door and immediately said we're not staying here. The room was dirty, dingy, outdated, had exposed wires and evem had panties wrapped around the smoke detector....yes i said panties. We turned around and went back to the front desk and checked out and ordered and Uber to take us to a Hilton hotel. The pictures and reviews were so inaccurate and i wouldn't have even stayed there if it was free. I will say that Expedia was able to get a full refund for us. That was the only positive experience from this hotel. Beware of what you book.

The place was like staying at a motel from the 70's. Noisy, the door didn't seal, the front window leaked when it was raining, and Neighbor's were banging on the walls.

I did t like anything,sheets are old and with my blue light I found stains,showers and A/C filter super dirty,the only well mantiene is the pool ! Lots of fruit flys !

My room 106 smelled like mold and mildew. It also had roaches inside the room. When me and my spouse left the hotel we were both spitting up black mucus and when we blew our noses it was there as well. No ventilation at all inside the room. Had to keep room door open to let room get air. Would not recommend staying at this place.

The room had bed bugs and cockroaches. When I complained no one was at the front desk that evening or the next morning. Further, I attempted to call the front desk several times and no one picked up. I requested a refund for both nights and am waiting. I was told I would have to wait 72 hours. TERRIBLE experience all the way around.

The initial room they gave us had a very strong and noxious odor -- I would guess a heavy dose of bug or rodent treatment. The replacement room had a minor, tolerable, odor. We certainly didn't have any bugs or rodents, though!
