My hair dryer wasn’t working I went to the front desk and was told they would relay the message to staff, but he saw me and asked me is everything was ok. He went and changed it himself. Another special thanks to the guys at the Palm Bar, Victor, Juan Miguel and Josuel. Thank you for such a great customer service and making my nights more enjoyable. The drinks were amazing and their creativeness was top!!!you guys were amazing and enjoyed their vibe! "

Not worth complaining to change rooms, but otherwise, everything was great. gloria, the housekeeper was fantastic, always very pleasant when we saw her. The beach was amazing. everything was great!"

"Every single staff member we encountered were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Josh and Kendrick helped make our check in and check out process smooth. They gave us wonderful advice for our future travels. We had the best time at the beach. I didn’t mind going early to get seats. Dylwin, Chris and Antoine did an amazing job. They ensured that we were well taken care of. Louisa and Jesus were absolutely wonderful at BLT. They gave us great food and wine recommendations. We will definitely return. "
