Enjoyed our stay at WPB!! This hotel is in a wonderful location! Only about a 4 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops! The staff is amazing!! Having the complimentary breakfast is also very fast and convenient !!

The property location was its outstanding feature during my stay. The amenities were sufficient and appreciated. I feel that most properties, including this one, can use more effort to improve offering healthier food choices without added preservatives and sugar.

They offer a laundry room, but ran out of detergent to sell. Pool hours were supposed to be until 10, it was closed by 9. Dust and dirt around the microwave area.

This place was perfect for our stay in Palm Beach! The pool and hot tub are right on the Intercoastal so you can watch boats go by and enjoy a breeze. Then walk directly across the street to enjoy public beach access, restaurants, casino, and walk south a bit to a beautiful pier. Easy driving access to I-95 or A1A for a more scenic drive north to West Palm Beach. They let us check in early as our room was already clean (which we appreciated so we could drop our stuff and change into swimsuits for the beach). You can even rent beach towels to take over to the beach for the day. Not high quality towels but they work if you don’t have any. Everything about the room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! We would stay here again.

When we arrived there was a sign at front desk stating staff away please be patient. We waited for about 20 mins for her to return. I understand restroom visits, but clearly that was too long to be away from desk. Two other people came up to desk while we waited and ended up walking away.

Great hotel
This hotel is a great location to the beach and many shopping and dining options. All of them are within walking distance. The hotel pool and hot tub were a nice touch at the end of a long drive day. The beds were amazing and rooms perfectly clean.

The cleaning staff were very friendly and did a good job.also in the the kitchen and dining room..the front desk was knowable and helpful...you need a car ,its not need to much..concerning you are in palm beach island.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a bit bleak and average. Bed was comfortable, but it is all dated. I did not spend a lot of time at hotel so I don't know about the breakfast, but seemed plentiful for this type of package. I think if they just warm up the lighting and maybe update the carpeting and bathrooms it would seem more of a beach property. Seemed a bit dismal for the location. Clean and served it's purpose, but just not for me.

Check in went smooth. It was close to the board walk and pier. The first night, the television kept cutting off. Called the front desk several times with no answer. Reported it the morning within 2-3 hrs problem was fixed. Breakfast was decent. They had eggs, sausage and pork patties, waffles, apple bananas and bread. The room was basic. Nothing to write home about. It was just an average hotel, nothing special for the money

The location was very good ,close to Lake Worth beach minutes walking to downtown. the rooms were very clean ,very spacious and the personnel were extremely friendly . Breakfast buffet was average Much to my surprise The eggs were very hard and over cooked to eat the was rather a lot of choice and that was good . cuttleries and plates were made of plastic instead Of porcelain and stainless steel . Not too fun of the carpet color , it was rather dark and dull The rest of the building and the Hotel was all positive to my experience and expectation. I thank you so much .

Overall excellent Hot tub jets work! Loved the pool area Breakfast was ok as at least bacon was offered each 2nd day. I really dislike the over heavy caloried sausages! Staff ok overall and some are more friendly than others Greatly located by ocean and lake and beaches and Benny's restaurant There's also golf courses very nearby 4.5 of 5 stars Felt safe too here
