"This was our second time staying. We truely enjoy our time at The Singer and hope to return for our next trip! The property is clean, welcoming and family friendly. The front desk team was always helpful. We love the pool and being able to walk right to the beach. The towel service is very nice. The market store is great for treats, like an iced coffee or an ice cream cone. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant for dinner, at the pool for lunch (mahi mahi tacos anre the best!) and we had roomservice for breakfast a few times which came very quickly! The room was clean and housekeeping was so nice. I would recommend more hanging options in the bathroom for towels and bathing suits. Great options nearby for activities, like Peanut Island for snorkeling, Sailfish Marina, Manatee Lagoon, Henry Morrison Flagler Museum and Busch Wildlife Sanctuary (just to name a few). Convenient parking but additional costs for this. "

They were quick to reply and helpful in trying to address any concerns. The place itself matched the listing well, and aside from those small hiccups, everything else went as expected. "While the host is wonderful and responsive and property's description is accurate and photos are accurate, and everything worked, there were quite a few disappointing moments. The house is quite run down, with blinds partially broken and very hard to operate. Bunk beds were very uncomfortable even for my little kids, so they ended up sleeping with me, not my dream vacation. There were only bath towels, and none hand or face sized ones. Back porches seemed to have not been dusted in ages, so we had to clean before sitting anywhere or putting a plate down. The pool is operational, but we've been spoiled by a cleaning robot at other rentals, and didn't expect to skim leaves off before every swim. Aloe plants by the pool were too close to edges, so we got poked quite a few times. There are broken tiles around the pool, not dangerous but unsightly. Also, back vegetation is sparse, so neighbors can be seen and see you. There's a golden retriever that looked on and barked at us.Shower pressure is too high, so you'd be ankle deep in water while taking even short showers. There's one door key that is in a combination lock, also not very modern or convenient. The neighborhood didn't feel like it warranted the high rental price. There are rundown houses in the area, with skimp landscaping, some appearing abandoned. So walking around didn't feel safe or pleasant.So again, while everything worked and nothing was lacking, somehow the place didn't feel top notch. "

"For the price per night it is not worth it. Booked ocean front room and paid more. Got to our room and it wasn’t ocean front. I called the front desk and they said we don’t have any ocean front. That was a lie. Almost 1,000 a night and I still have to pay $18 for a drink, there isn’t any breakfast included, snacks in the room are $8 and higher. The prices were insane in my opinion. If you paying that much per night, they should be more accommodating. When we arrived nobody was working at any of the bars or kitchens because it was Windy. We hated that it was Windy also but still wanted to start our vacation and make the best of it. They set up your beach chairs for you and you are sitting on top of one another in rows. My elbow was almost touching the stranger next to me. It was Weird and awkward. Place was clean but it is Definitely not worth the money. I would have went to an island for what we paid. "

"Parking lot was well lit and easy access to room. Great location for visiting Phil Foster Park. Check-in was easy and host was very friendly. My room overlooked the garden which is well-maintained and pretty."
