  • Beautiful with complete new kitchen & bathrooms 3DR/2 BH home is ideal for a get away and even extended stay rentals. House is conveniently located close to I95, 20 min from beach and an hour away from Orlando. Completely equipped kitchen with everything you need from a short to long stay, coffee and tea provided. This house is great for business travelers as well due to the convenient check in/out process equipped with a key pad to check in at anytime after 3PM. House has a total of 4 beds plus an air mattress, can sleep up to 7 guests. New charcoal grill and Netflix. Host also offers 20% discount on stays 30 days or more. Very convenient to shoppes, grocery stores and great golf courses. Extra cleaning precautions and 24 between guests allowed in order to follow CDC COVID guidelines and protect our guests.
